This beautiful condo is in an OCEANFRONT family oriented complex. The complex is on the QUIET END of Thomas Drive just 2 miles from St. Andrew's State Park, 1 mile from Captain Anderson's restaurant and Schooner's Beach Bar and Restaurant, and just 8 miles from the new Pier Park shopping and dining complex.
Our second floor unit is beautifully decorated with new furniture, appliances, fresh paint and ceramic tile flooring. All new dishes and cooking utensils. The unit can sleep four with a new pillow-top queen bed and 19 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living area. The private balcony overlooks the heated pool and has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and keeping an eye on the kids while they are in the pool. It is a great place to sit in the shade and relax!! The pool area has grills for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. The world's most beautiful beach is just steps from our front door. Check out the surf conditions from the bedroom window or front porch. A large canvas beach umbrella is INCLUDED in this rental for your enjoyment.
You will find all the comforts of home in our fully appointed sunny yellow kitchen. We have seating for 6 during meal time!!! There is everything from a crock pot to a George Forman in this convenient kitchen setup.
Our cozy living room has a queen sofa sleeper,a loveseat, 27 inch TV, a DVD recorder/player and a wonderful JVC/Bose stereo system.
All linens are included.
Nautical Watch is oceanfront and close to all the best restaurants including Captain Anderson's, Schooner's, and Montego Bay. Jet ski rental, Banana Boat rides and parasailing are on the beach right in front of your unit!
NOTE: This unit is on the second floor of a three story OCEANFRONT walkup complex. NO WAITING FOR AN ELEVATOR!! NO CROSSING THE STREET!!! Parking is just outside your front door!!! There is also a bike rack at the end of the building. The back deck overlooks the pool and the beach is steps from the front door.

We love staying at Nautical Watch because it is a quiet, small complex. We also love the fact that we are in a quieter area of Panama City but close to all the best dining on the beach. The pool is sparkling clean and often we have it all to ourselves. We are very proud of the grounds and how well maintained the entire complex is.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Although not on the beach, just a few steps away! The beach was beautiful and private so you don't have the crazy crowds as other parts of the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great place for a great price!
Owner response:While our complex is beachfront and there is no crossing the street, we love that our particular unit overlooks the pool. Nice to sit out in a little shade on the balcony and watch the children in the pool. 50 steps to the ocean is nice too!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed in the condo this week, it was spring break.. The condo was very clean, very nice. The complex is very well maintained. We felt very safe. The next time we go to pcb (which is several times in the summer), I plan on staying in this condo.. The rates were GREAT!!!
