  My family and I just stayed at this condo last week (July 7-15) and enjoyed every minute of it! An extremely clean and comfortable place to stay and be. Quick walk downstairs to the pool, and a quick walk the other direction to the beach. I must say we will stay at this condo again next year or the years to come!!! Loved it

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Had a wonderful time at the Bott's condo. Everything you need and more. Clean, nice community, and great pool. Loved overlooking the pool and having shade all day long from the balcony. Great ocean viee from the front door and just a short walk to the beach... Literally across the small parking lot. Oh, nice easy parking too. Will come back... Reasonable! On a side note, there was a terrible night time storm while we were there that shattered the tables along side of the pool. The grounds keeper came right away and worked as fast as possible to reopen the pool.

  Thank you for a wonderful stay at your condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Although not on the beach, just a few steps away! The beach was beautiful and private so you don't have the crazy crowds as other parts of the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great place for a great price!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: While our complex is beachfront and there is no crossing the street, we love that our particular unit overlooks the pool. Nice to sit out in a little shade on the balcony and watch the children in the pool. 50 steps to the ocean is nice too!!

  Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo! It was perfect....very clean and nice! The whole complex was very well maintained and we loved the family oriented atomosphere. We plan to stay here for many years to come! Thanks again!

  We stayed in the condo this week, it was spring break.. The condo was very clean, very nice. The complex is very well maintained. We felt very safe. The next time we go to pcb (which is several times in the summer), I plan on staying in this condo.. The rates were GREAT!!!

  I would like to thank the Botts for letting us spend some time in their lovely condo. My grandchildren, daughter and I had a blast. Everything so convenient just like you said thanks so very much for such a great place to stay.

  I would just like to thank the Bott's for letting us stay at their condo this past week! My brother and I had a great time, and the condo was wonderful! It was nice and quiet and just a great place to relax with all the amenities of home! Thanks again!
