The house floorplan has the family great room with high ceilings and kitchen on top floor for excellent views and sunsets. It has 1/2 bath and deck to the south with table and chairs.
2nd floor has 4 bedrooms with 2 private baths and 1 shared bath. It has a lower deck with hot tub, 2 person swing and chairs.

The community center is a 2-minute walk from the house.
