This deluxe unit has just been completely updated with an abundantly outfitted kitchen and new granite counter tops. It is designed and equipped as our personal vacation home, so it has all the amenities. The new 46" flat screen HDTV with a DVR box lets you watch and record all your favorite shows whenever you want. The Cal. king bed with foam memory pad will comfortably sleep 2. There is wireless internet or you are able to connect your own cord. It is password guarded so no moochers will slow it down. The telephone service has free calling for the U.S. and Canada. As a bonus, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, a cooler and any other "Sun-in-Fun" items are also provided.
Nestled in a beautiful, luxurious complex (without elevators), it’s great to be on the ground floor so that a nice grassy area with tropical plants extends the lanai. A 2 minute walk brings you to the fabulous Kamaole II Beach, with its restrooms, lifeguards, and incredible sunsets. Add another 2 minutes to get to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The large pool and sunbathing area with 4 individual cabanas are steps away, yet our ‘bit of heaven’ still maintains its tranquility and privacy. BBQ and picnic tables are conveniently located near the front door, as well as a small electric grill on the lanai.
Even though we have an air conditioner, security screen doors and extra locks allow for open doors and gentle breezes even while you sleep. On-site security 24/7 gives that extra feeling of comfort. The management office is open daily, as are the laundry facilities.

My friends and I had never stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani until now. We loved it! Loved the condo, loved the location, very affordable! The owner (Maurisa) was very friendly easy to work with. We hope to rent this condo again and another next door for my Mom next spring! Thanks Maurisa!

We had a wonderful stay 04/08 - 04/17, 2008. The unit is very roomy and we found the location by the pool to be excellent as we didn't have far to walk. We were afraid it might be too busy being close, but this was not the case at all. The king size bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked with everything it is amazing. We would definitely book this unit again.
