This spacious (1208 sq. ft.) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sits in a beach front building looking directly onto the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. If you want gorgeous views of the beach, coastline, and surf from the master bedroom, living and dining, then you want to stay in our condominium. Unit 132 is the second unit closest to the beach on the third floor. The southwest view offers fabulous sunsets from the balcony, master bedroom and living room (especially, from the fall through the late spring).
The light pastel colors give the condominium a definite "beach feel". The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a TV/DVD. The master vanity has a Corian vanity with undermount sink. There is an awesome view of the beach in the master bedroom which opens onto the balcony. There are twin beds in the guest room, with ample closet and dresser space. The living room has full/queen sofa bed, TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo, dining table with seating for six and wet bar. The fully equipped kitchen has Corian counters with natural, maple cabinets. The carpet has been replaced with attractive ceramic tile throughout the unit.
Free Wireless Internet available starting in May 2009.
Mainsail is directly across the street from the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and a shopping center with grocery store, seafood market, and TCBY. The South Pool Pavilion Area has been recently renovated. It includes a new pool, a new large hot tub, a kiddie pool and play area with a soft surface spray "waterfall" area. There are stainless steel outdoor grills and new exercise room in the pavilion area. There are tennis and shuffleboard courts near the pool. There is 24 hour security with patrols and gated entrance.
NO PETS ALLOWED & NO SMOKING. We choose to limit the number of guests to six people.
