This Pocono Mountain vacation rental home has a contemporary look with big, spacious rooms surrounded by the beauty of nature. It is perfect for a family get-a-way, quiet weekend retreat, or a friends weekend away. This two floor home has vaulted ceilings inside and a 3/4 front wraparound deck for you to relax and enjoy the wooded scenery. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors. The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed with vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows for sunlight; seating area to relax and read or watch TV. It also has a private master bath. Other bedrooms include a double bed, futon, twin bunk beds and a single twin bed to accomodate a large family or group of friends. It also has a full bath on the 2nd floor, a bedroom with sliding door that opens on to the balcony for a view of the forest. The living room is designed in a contemporary-style with wood fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Both the living room and the den have cable TV, DVD player, and VCR. The den is a perfect place for your kids to enjoy video games (bring your system) and new Foosball table. During your stay in this mountain view home you can relax on the deck enjoying the quiet coolness under the shady trees. Renters are entitled to use the community center's pool, snack bar, club house restaurant, free WiFi Internet access (bring your laptop) and game room facilities.
The big roomy kitchen is perfect for cooking up a comforting meal to share with your family and there is plenty of room in the kitchen and dining room for a large family to spread out.

Rita and Bill Strough have always dreamed of owning vacation rental properties because we love getting away from it all and know many people who love it, too! Just the idea of making a cozy getaway for others to enjoy gives us a sense of fulfillment, so we have spent lots of time and resources making sure this home gives you all the comforts of home. There's something magical about being in the mountains. Even if you just come to snuggle in on a cold Fall evening, sitting by a crackling fire and sipping hot cocoa, there is nothing better than the stillness and beauty of the mountains. It is so quiet here at night that you will sleep better than you ever have. The smell of cooking bacon and a fresh pot of coffee in the morning sets the mood for a day of discovery and fun as you plan your day trip to Hickory Run State Park for a hike in the woods, or drive over to the town of Jim Thorpe for some amazing and quaint shopping, wine tasting and dining. It's the perfect place to relax and just BE!
Why the Owner Chose Albrightsville
We have stayed at rental homes in Towamensing Trails and always enjoyed the community amenitites and also being so close to the area attractions. This location is particularly desirable because of its proximity to so many of the area attractions like skiing, shopping, casinos and more.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
When we stay at our property, we enjoy going to the Amish Produce Market and getting fresh vegetable to cook along with some delicious baked goods. The state park is also one of our favorites for hiking trails and we love going into Jim Thorpe. There are also some fun mini golf and ice cream places around as well as the skiing and tubing in the winter.
