Living Room/ Dining Room - Ocean City, MD - Maryland Vacation Rental - Better than a Hotel! This lovely, ocean block condominium is located steps from the beach at 84th Street. There is a large balcony off of the bedroom and living room for morning coffee and enjoying the ocean air. This unit is also convenient to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants. Everything you need in the kitchen if you just want to stay in. The master bedroom features a king-size bed. There is a full private bath off the master bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The living room has a queen-size sleep sofa. There are two color TVs, VCR and DVD player. Beach chairs, beach umbrella provided...you bring the sun block and your linens. Ocean is about 150 yards away and convenient for lunch and bathroom breaks while at the beach. There is reserved sheltered parking for two cars. We will only rent to persons over 25 years of age and those persons must be present on property during whole rental period of time. We do not rent for the purpose of "Senior Week". Week rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend and mini week rates available during "off Season".
