This was our 2nd time at BayViewgrand and our first time in this condo. The condo was nice, clean and perfect for the two of us. Great balcony that overlooks the bay and the pool and a nice place to have morning coffee. We really enjoyed it If you decide to leave BVG it is a short walk to the Marina area and quick taxi or bus ride to downtown PV.

Going back for the 4th time

We have been vacationing in this comfortable condo for the past 3 winters and are looking forward to going again next winter. The condo has all the amenities that we need, but we especially enjoy the balcony that overlooks the grounds and pool as well as the beautiful bay and mountains. We eat most of our meals on the balcony taking in the spectacular view! The owner is very helpful and each year has asked if there’s anything she can do or provide to make our stay more enjoyable. As well, there is a local property manager who is always helpful and looks after any problems that may crop up. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool is beautiful and never crowded. The Marina Vallarta area, where we often take walks in the evenings, is very quiet and safe. There is a supermarket within walking distance, a golf course very close by, and the actual Marina, just a 10 minute walk away. It features restaurants and shops and an amazing collection of yachts. Downtown is close enough by taxi or local bus. I would definitely recommend this condo as a very good place for a vacation.

This was our first time to Mexico & we were very pleased! The accomodations were great and the grounds beautifully maintained. The photos accurately show the view and room conditions. The pool is enormous and NEVER crowded - always a lounge chair to choose from. The pool cabana provided a nice menu of food and drink choices. We were in walking distance to the Marina for dining & mini market. A taxi always available for the 10 minute trip to downtown (or you can ride the local bus which we enjoyed) where you'll find wonderful restaurants, shopping and a boadwalk to stroll along the ocean beach. We hightly recommend this! We actually returned the following year!

Great Budget Vacation

This was our first trip to PV, I wasnt really familar with the area. It was a really nice upscale part of Puerto Vallarta. The condo it self was accomdating, we werent in the condo much because we were out and about and we were on a budget so this offer during the high season was great. Location: This complex was very close to the airport its only 5 minutes away. A cab ride to downtown is about $7-10 each way. The marina is about a 10 minute walk (Resturants, OXXO, bars) -Property is clean and well maintained - The owner of this condo answered every one of my questions, she was very good with details and nice. The pool area was awesome, lots of lounge chairs. We were there on high season so I expected the pools to be packed. The beach was just ok, we walked on the beach didnt get in the water because the crocodile warnings (Kinda Scary) On that note the only NEGATIVE thing I have to say about this (not the condo) its the managment company, if you lose the pool PLASTIC braclet they charge you 500 peso= $50 US dollars. I know that braclet doesnt cost them $50... at most $5. O' well lesson learned. Being that this was first time I have been here it was a nice experience, Puerto Vallerta was good to us.
