This highly-upgraded two bedroom Perdido Sun beach front tenth floor condo has been equipped with a King bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is literally right on the Perdido Key beach and the master bedroom has corner windows in providing a breath-taking view both south and westward. The living room and both bedrooms have been furnished with televisions, two of which are LCDs, and a pair of DVD players.
We hope that the Tuscan decor will please all of our guests as it truly made the rental condo feel more like a vacation home as opposed to just another condo. No corners were cut in the kitchen which is complete with new appliances, granite countertops, and natural-wood cabinets. The living room is tiled and we even added a bit of flare with a custom inlaid decorative piece just before the master bedroom. The furniture is plush and comfortable and the living room leads out onto the private balcony. The two bathrooms were also remodeled in that one features a tiled walk-in shower, whereas the master bathroom has the tub/shower combo. This just seemed a bit more practical for the summers and convenient for our winter guests. When you stay in the condo be sure to check out the vanity in the guest bedroom... the basin is thick glass with a beach scene underneath!
