4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath unit(half bath located at pool area), 1.5 blocks to beach and Convention Center. Unit includes access to heated pool, Tiki Bar and barbeque gas grill for entertaining and having fun outside.
There is also a large deck in front for entertaining, which is located off the great room containing the kitchen, living and dining rooms.
This unit is located in the heart of Wildwood and is near the Convention Center and Wildwood boardwalk.
There is mini golf, great restaurants, food store and liquor store, all within 2 blocks.
Parking for a total of 3 vehicles with 2 in garage, is available for your use, since you will not need your car once you get here!
TVs in all bedrooms, with the rooms with queens having DVD players also.

Nothing else to say! It was perfect. The house was great, clean, spacious, had all of the amenities you could want/need, the yard/pool was wonderful. Great location to all of the great Wildwood restaurants, ice cream shops and just up the street from the beach & boardwalk. April & Bob very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to families with small children as they are prepared for your arrival with a safty gate on the stairs, a highchair, portable crib and outlet covers. Plenty of extra blankets & pillows in the closets. Lots of pool toys, a beach cart, boogie boards and sand toys for the beach and they even had a few bikes for use instead of renting them. Again...PERFECT!

Our week at your condo was very relaxing and comfortable. The place was very clean and well kept, just as shown on the photos. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated all of the extras to make our visit safe and convenient for our 10 month old granddaughter as well. The gate was a life saver with the stairway being on the steep side. (If you have trouble with stairs, this may be a problem.)The owners were extremely helpful by answering all of our questions before we arrived to make our vacation stress free. The linen service made packing much easier for us as well. The location was great being only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. We are already booked for next year! Thanks again for a great time.

This condo is a great place to spend a week or 2 in wildwood. The condo has an at home atmosphere, yet you feel like you are in a tropical place. I would reccomend this place for anyone looking to feel at home, yet be on vacation. You will definitely have a good time here.

From the time we arrived until checkout we had a fantastic time. The condo was in immaculate condition. A true home away from home. This condo had everything we were looking for and more. This place was modern and exceptionally updated in every bedroom, bathroom, and especially the kitchen/ living areas. The open concept kitchen/living room allowed our whole family to interact and had enough space for everyone to talk and relax comfortably. We even had access to a swimming pool, tiki bar, and grill out back when we weren't at the beach . The owners were very friendly, inviting, and more than accommodating. Everything was in walking distance. We parked our car on the day we arrived and did not have to use it all week. We really loved this condo and would definitely stay here again.

What looked and sounded great online, did not live up to our expectations in person. To start with, this is not a 3 bath unit as stated in the listing. What they consider the 3rd bath is an outside unenclosed showerhead with a separate half-bath off the garage (no access from the actual house - you have to go outside and through the garage). That garage was extremely tight, and passengers had to unload outside - and the drive way was very small as well. With being located on a major road, getting in and out of the cars proved challenging to say the least. And there was no garage door opener, only manual. As part of the lease, you are expected to tidy up and leave the unit as you found it. This was nothing unusual from all of our previous rental experience. But a week before our stay, were we informed that we actually had to clean the unit from top to bottom, including bathrooms, washing the deck and mopping the floors. While the pool was a nice added feature, it definitely was not worth the higher price tag that they charge; it is very small, over-chlorinated and has a continuous, annoying fountain that cannot be disabled. Other issues we had were that the WiFi internet would go in and out all the time, the kitchen utensils were so flimsy and barely useable, the thermostat could not be set lower then 72 degrees and furniture/fixtures that were mostly all low grade. This place sleeps 8 to 10, but only has 6 dining room chairs. The couch had nails sticking out of it. Not at all worth the price in our minds.

Owner response: Sorry to see you were disappointed with the unit. To address your comments The 3rd bath is provided at the pool area to allow for guest using the pool. It saves the tenants need to run upstairs to use the bathroom. There is a door at the pool area which is labelled and the bathroom DOES not require you to access through the garage. The website calls out a 3rd bath, but we will correct it as a 2 1/2 half bath unit. The dining area seats 6 but there are also 4 stools at the bar area to provide accommodations for 10 people The pool is small but is as shown on the website - in comparison to hotel pools which need to accommodate many people, our pool and deck area are provided for the tenants sole use and provide more pool space per person than most hotels. The pool feature has never been described as annoying, but it DOES have a valve to turn it off. Chlorine levels in all public pools are typically high due to the heavy usage, especially in a very hot summer. We have not had any previous complaints for chlorine level. Kitchen utensils are typical for rental units - we typically try and provide all that is required. We continually add new kitchenware every year to replace old equipment. The garage is tight, but that is a result of providing your own secure space that is not shared. It provides parking for two cars. All rental units require cleaning - not sure who might have told you to clean from top to bottom we leave it to tenants to leave the unit as found. No tenant has previously mentioned nails in the furniture, but we will inspect for any related problems. We strive to maintain the unit in a neat and clean condition. The internet was locking up for several weeks in the summer - this has recently been resolved by Comcast. We had ask our tenants for notify our daughter living upstairs to reset the internet upon any problems. We apologize for this inconvenience but it was beyond our control until Comcast identified the problem and corrected it. Our HVAC is limited at 72 degrees to help allow us keep our rental cost low. We feel this limit is more than what is required to provide for a comfortable unit. Each room also has ceiling fans to provide added comfort. We provide links to over 30 pictures on the unit for prospective tenants to get a good idea of the unit to allow them to make an informed decision on renting. Our prices for a 4 bdr unit with a pool are the lowest in Wildwood and very competitive.

I can't say enough about this condo or the location. You are in the heart of all the activites and once you are there and settled, there is no reason to move the cars. I was a little nervous about being on a main street in Wildwood but you didn't even know it. The condo is decorated nicely and well eqquipped with everything you need. The pool outside is wonderful being that it is private and keeps the kids entertained at anytime. The boardwalk and beach are literally just down the street. It makes for a nice walk to the boardwalk in the evening. We are looking forward to our return trip next summer! Thanks so much AGAIN!!!

About the owner: Proud owners of this 2 unit condo building. We use the upstairs unit on weekends and only rent the lower unit. This allows us to provide sole use of the pool area on weekdays with shared use on weekends, although we typically respect our tenants and let them have private use when we are there.
