Come enjoy this completely redecorated luxurious condominium in serene Navarre Beach, Florida. This unit is located on the 13th floor of Beach Colony Resort. It sits directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on the east end of Santa Rosa Island. With the beautiful white sand and the crystal clear emerald green water, Navarre Beach is a spectacular vacation spot.
The pool was completely restored in the Spring of 2009. There is FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. Your rental includes ONE FREE BEACH SETUP (an umbrella with 2 chairs at the beach).
This 1750 square feet condominium includes three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have a view of the water. The master bedroom and living room have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, which open onto the incredible 325 square feet gulf front terrace. These rooms have awesome views of the Gulf. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, with an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. The breakfast area has a sweeping view from the Santa Rosa Sound to the Gulf of Mexico. The two rear bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, which open onto balconies, overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound.
This condominium was completely remodeled a few year ago. The upgrades include granite countertops in all bathrooms as well as the kitchen, granite enclosed jacuzzi hot tub in master bathroom, new drapes with cornice boards/valences or plantation shutters on all windows, new crown molding in the entire condo, stained crown molding & stained shutters in Living/dining area, interesting entrance archway separating Living/Dining room area from entrance hall, ceramic tile floors, and new ceiling fans and light fixtures.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. The view is awesome, the bedding fabulous and all the room to move around is to die for. We rode to the Blue Angel show and the water in Pensacola was no where near as pretty as the water in Navarre. We will definately be back as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to rent this condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Our first time to Navarre Beach and it was wonderful! The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. I really liked the big table so all of us could eat together, most condos don't have a table big enough for 6. Loved the balcony and the view! It was very clean and well stocked. The beach was perfect with beautiful warm water and white sand! Having the condo provide a set of beach chairs was an added bonus. It was hard to leave. Looking forward to going back very soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was beautiful, & so are the beaches. This area is perfect for families. Mr. Palfrey was very plesant to deal with. The condo looks better than the pics, & the staff at the condos are very friendly, & helpful. Felice, Ed, & the other staff made our stay feel like home. My family, & I plan to come back. We would defiantly recommend staying here!!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
