This beautifully appointed home features a "Great Room" with French doors that lead directly out to the covered patio area for the "Sun Shy" and then to the solar heated pool and spa. The "tropical look" landscape ads to the enjoyment of lounging around the pool or cooking at the built-in BBQ. Indoor entertainment is a 46" LCD HDTV in the "Great Room", DVD player + Wireless Internet throughout the home.

French doors lead from the Master Bedroom directly to the pool and spa area. Relax in the spa or "oversize tub" in the Master Bathroom and then get into the "cozy" King-Size Bed for a GREAT nights sleep! The two guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and Queen-Size beds. One of the guest rooms features French doors that open onto the courtyard and a private side door to the backyard! All bedrooms have their own TV's and there is also one in the kitchen.

The Kitchen features a large eating area that leads directly to the pool and spa. The kitchen also has built-in GE Monogram appliances: convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a five-burner gas cooktop. The kitchen has slab granite countertops and backsplashes. The home has an inside laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, a utility sink, and granite countertop.

The community tennis courts are one short block away from the house. They can be used day or night!

ABOUT VERSAILLES AND THE RANCHO MIRAGE AREA
Versailles is one of the desert’s newest and most desirable gated communities and conveniently located on Gerald Ford between Bob Hope and Monterey. Location - location - location! It is about 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs’ popular Palm Canyon Drive shopping and dining district. Renowned golf courses, fabulous restaurants, and cultural activities are all nearby! The Agua Caliente Casino is located about two miles away, and the newest gathering place, "The River" at Rancho Mirage offering fine and casual dining, a multi-plex cinema, and shopping, is just minutes away! The Westfield Shopping Mall, Cabazon Outlet Mall, The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, Indian Canyons(hiking) and the Eisenhower Medical Center are just a short drive away; and don’t miss the El Paseo shopping district (the Rodeo Drive of the desert) and the College of the Desert weekend Street Fair.

Why the Owner Chose Versailles

We chose to buy our vacation rentals for a few reasons. (1) because we live close to them and can manage them easily. (2) Most of the renters are snowbirds and the busy time of the year is from October 1st through May 31st. That's when it's the most wonderful and comfortable weather and we love staying here in the California sunshine and managing our properties. Off season is when we travel. We like to get out of the desert when the temperatures reach over 100 degrees - and with Patricia having retired from the airlines - it makes it easy for us to travel!

My name is Hal Friedlander and I am a retired real estate broker - my better half is Patricia D'Angelo and she is a retired United Airlines flight attendant. We started off with 26 Paris Way in Rancho Mirage as our first vacation rental. We now have five! We have two other properties in the Versailles tract of Rancho Mirage. They are the identical floor plans (3 Bdrm & 3 Bath homes)to VRBO# 129211 - One is VRBO# 252310 and the 3rd one is not on VRBO as of yet and we also have a 3 Bdrm & 3 Bath Townhome VRBO # 276296. There are also two identical 5 Bdrm 4.5 Bath homes (VRBO# 252043 and VRBO# 212751) that are in Palm Desert.     • This was my first experience with Hal. EXCELLENT, all the ways around. He is quick to respond and delivers a property that is exactly as featured and more. Hal made every effort to ensure that everything was to our liking. He called us and made sure we did not need anything and if we did he helped us. The house was CLEAN, kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the property grounds were well manicured. The house itself has been meticulously maintained, great AC, and had some extra touches (ie: built in gas grill) that gave it a boost above the rest. If you are deciding between a vacation rental and a hotel, this house is definitely the bang for the buck. We had a fabulous time here, and plan to go again. I would recommend this house to all my friends and family members. Why pay a hotel and not have your privacy when you can rent this house and enjoy your stay all the way around. The kids loved the pool and all the fun pool toys. We loved the location and the conveniences close by (theater, water park, grocery). We can't wait to stay again next year! 26 Paris is an amazing property and you won't be disappointed!

    • We had a great Christmas Vacation staying at 26 Paris Way. The house is beautiful and close to all the amenities that Rancho Mirage has to offer. We played tennis every morning at the courts right down the lane. I recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing holiday in the Desert.

    • We stayed at 26 Paris Way for five days in November 2008. The home is fantastic and suited our group (three couples) and our needs perfectly. The home is clean, spacious, well-stocked and beautifully furnished. The backyard and pool area are wonderful and well-equipped for relaxation. Our group was primarily interested in shopping and golfing and we were very happy with the home's proximity to all of our vacation activities. Hal was very easy to deal with and was committed to ensuring we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent this home again on our next trip to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area!
