We are pleased to welcome you to our tropical estate on top of a hill over looking Wailea. Every bedroom (5 total) has sliding glass doors for direct outdoor access to enjoy the beauty of Maui. This home has excellent ocean views as well as spectacular sunrise views over our volcano, Haleakala.
The home features two levels of tropical living with the top floor having wonderful ocean views from every room. Along with the living room, dining room and a huge kitchen, there are the master bedroom and bedroom #2, master bath, and guest powder room. The back decks, off of the top floor all have ocean views. The front deck off of the kitchen is an excellent place to eat breakfast while gazing at the volcano, or a place to enjoy late afternoon shade.
The lower level features two bedrooms that share a divided bath, and a huge family room with a large screen Sony HD TV (over 100 channels), ping pong and a foosball table. Additionally, there is a fifth bedroom with its own bath and 2nd kitchen (ideal for a nanny, grandparents, or newly-weds!). The lower level opens onto private decks overlooking the secluded pool.
The estate’s 27,000 square foot property features a large lawn for volleyball, croquet, or impromptu soccer matches. The meditation waterfall is a perfect place to sit and enjoy Maui or simply read a good book.
A highlight of the yard is the huge 20 by 40 foot heated pool with a half moon spa. Extensive decks surround the pool where you can sunbathe and enjoy BBQ’s in complete privacy.
The landscaping features tropical flowers, lush foliage, and fruit trees. At night, star gazing is a favorite activity as the yard is sheltered from the glare of street lights.
The estate is in an excellent location within five minutes of shopping, golfing, dining, and beaches, yet still in a quiet residential area. For guests with families, we have contacts with many experienced baby sitters. Prior notice is appreciated so that you can schedule your childcare services during your snorkeling adventures, golfing, or romantic dinners. We can arrange for experienced sitters for infants and high school soccer stars for older children who would like to develop their skills. No one under 18 is permitted at the estate without adult supervision, safety precautions with a swimming pool are important!
Our home is a non-smoking, no illegal drug environment. No Pets please. We respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet and expect our guests to do the same. No additional guests from other sites are allowed at the pool. No weddings or other parties allowed. There is a limit of three cars per rental period. The calendar on VRBO is not maintained. Please contact us for date availability. Seven night minimum. |
