Luxury townhome close to the pristine beach and Ritz-Carlton; townhome is part of newly completed "Preserve at Summer Beach." Relax overlooking the lake and fountains on the covered patio. Walk or ride bikes to the beach(1/4 mile). The Summer Beach pool at our complex is just steps from our home - very private yet also quiet and voted the best pool on the Island. Enjoy The Golf Club at Amelia Island or other less expensive public courses and, after your round of golf or game of tennis, enjoy the spa and have a meal at the Ritz's FIVE star restaurant. Other activites abound - tennis at the Ritz, beach walking, shelling, surf casting, shopping, deep sea fishing, beach horseback riding, painting classes and, of course, cullinary delights up and down the beach. This home is rented compoletely during peak season so Call or email early for May, June, July or August peak weeks.
Our luxury unit is perfect for two or three couples and/or families. We have provided two bikes for your use, beach chairs, toys, games etc. The home has unlimited long distance phone, premium Comcast cable and free WiFi for guests. Try to leave work behind and simply relax - Amelia style!
The bedrooms are set up so that each has its own private bath - a definite plus when you compare to other units available on the Island or in Summer Beach - most have 2.5 baths. Plus the unit is new.
Amelia is a very special place. The beach is always empty year round! The master bedroom is on the ground floor so it's perfect for folks needing a respite from the cold for 2-4 months. We have the most competitive rates for a top-quality, luxury townhome (granite, gas top, GE Profile etc.)as you'll find the weekly charge to be 20-25% than the same unit managed by other firms.
Our rental history is very strong with favorable comments. Check the calendar and request discounts for month long stays. It's never to early to plan for summer rentals. Many units are run down and "tired" while our is new to market in 2008-09.
We live locally (St. Marys, Georgia).....and hope you love beach living as much as we do!

This home is absolutely lovely. All of the accomodations were beautiful and well kept. The master was private with a touch of romance. The back view is fantastic. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

This was our third year in this property; we have signed up for a fourth. Loation is great, size is perfect, permanent neighbors are delightful and care about their comunity. The unit is very quiet; the only noise that came through was when three families with a total of 8 children (in the 11+ year old range) inhabited the adjacent unit. The community "noise abatement and behavior enforcement team" ended that pretty quickly. Your neighboring owners sense of care makes this better than most holiday places. The lake is a perfect view for morning coffee. A great respite and everything is so near. One of our favorite spots is lunch on the terrace at 4750 Cafe (at the Ritz). Overlooking the ocean, this is a fantastic view.

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Clean and well-appointed, 8 adults was tight, but we made it. The one thing needed is more comfy chairs in the living room . . . 4 people could sit on the two loveseats in the living room, but the side chairs were formal. Owner was great to work with and we had everything that we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. Good walking spots and close to the beach.

This is a beautiful townhome in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is conveniently located to public beach access (10 min bicycle ride thru private paths) or 2 minutes by car and to the downtown, historic Fernandina Beach area. The home is very comfy and well equipped. We loved riding bikes with our children and loved Fernandina Beach downtown. We really can't wait to go back and spend more time downtown. The old homes and building are so lovely and rich with history. a week just wasn't enough time. We will definitely be back.

We are quite taken by this property, with its convenient access to shopping, stores, dining and the beach (not to mention dancing in the Lounge at the Ritz on Thursdays to the hot local jazz band). Mornings are a favorite time, sitting on the patio taking our coffee and reading the latest book - overlooking the pond, fountain and the forest preserve streaming with the sun's rays casually enhancing your tan. Within a three minute walk, we spend the afternoon at the community pool - private to guests of The Preserve. If, like me, you cook, the Saturday Fernandina Beach Farmer's Market is a delight, and just up Centre St from Atlantic Seafood, for the fresh catch of the day. Our guests from home found it fantastically charming, including one couple who came to run a Jacksonville marathon supporting the fight against breast cancer (she had her best time ever, giving my grits full credit). We'll be back next year!

This is a great resort and great price. The pool is the prettiest on Amelia and you'll love the Ritz next door. Ride the bikes to the beach and the kitchen has granite and gas - perfect to cook and entertain! Best rates of similar units and owner is terrific.

This townhome is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped! There's a widescreen TV and DVD player, plus bonus HBO/Starz channels. The kitchen had everything we needed for several eat-in meals. It is VERY convenient to the pool. The beach is a short walk. We had use of the facilities at the Carlton Ritz. You can't go wrong with this rental! Stewart was VERY accomodating to us! We'll be back!! P.S. Take advantage of a beach horseback ride at Kelly Seahorse Ranch.
