This beautiful, upscale ski-in, ski out to gondola townhome is nestled among pine trees on a quiet secluded street in Breckenridge, yet only 3 blocks to quaint Victorian main street, shops and restaurants.
Beautiful mountain views are captured from the main level great room featuring gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD,VCR and CD stereo - even board games. Oh yes, we have Wi-Fi!
Dining room seats 8 and leads to the deck with private hot tub and gas grill. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, tile countertops and 5 burner gas range.
The main floor queen guest bedroom is actually a 2nd master including cable TV, a dedicated bath with large tub and separate shower. Also has deck access to the hot tub.
A palatial upper-level master suite comes complete with king bed, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi jetted tub, separate shower, large vanity with double sinks, cable TV and fabulous mountain views from the comfortable window seat.
The upper level also has a queen bedroom with cable TV and its own private deck as well as a bunk room with bunk beds, a trundle bed, TV/VCR.
Although our home can accommodate 9, it is most comfortable for 6 adults and 3 children or combinations because the bunkbeds are great for kids, but not recommended for adults.
Laundry room on the lower floor has full size washer/dryer,a one vehicle garage with parking for one more vehicle in the driveway.
This is our second home - not a typical rental property - so it is extremely well cared for, beautifully furnished and decorated . Truly an exquisite mountain property! More photos and information is available.

My family has just returned from Breckenridge and we love staying at this townhome. We have stayed at this same property before and every visit is a pleasure. The home is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. My children love sleeping in the bunk room and taking full advantage of the awesome hot tub. The views are wonderful and it is easy to walk to town. We love grilling every night and the kitchen has everything you would need. It truly is the best spot to be! Thanks for yet another great family vacation to Breck!

The house was everything advertised and more. Very clean. The location is perfect with the ski in and ski out and its proximity to the 4:00 O' Clock run, the town, the other lifts and the gondola. A car is not even necessary. The house is beautiful inside, very spacious, full of all the amenities you might need (and perhaps better stocked than our own home). There were 8 of us there and it was never crowded. We enjoyed the house so much we spent every evening there and did not end up eating out at all. And the recommendation of Lone Star Sports for ski rental was right on the money as were all of the explicit instructions and directions. We will be back for sure. Can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I have rented vacation properties in Florida, but this was my first time in Breckenridge in 25 years. I would recommend this property. This home was beautiful and very comfortable. We had two couples and five children aged between 3 and 10. The two oldest girls easily slept in the 3rd bedroom, while the youngest three slept in the bunk room. The two masters were great for the adults. We had plenty of room. The kitchen is well appointed, and we took full advantage of taking our breakfast there and packing a lunch for the mountain. Understand that lunch on the mountain runs $20 per day per person, so a sack lunch is the way to go for a family. The hot tub is a great addition. Mountain views throughout the home. The town is a short walk away with good resturants and night spots. The garage, mud room, and laundry room on the ground floor makes managing wet ski clothes easy. The home is definately "ski in" via 4 O'Clock Run but is not 100% "ski out". While you can ski from the home down to the tunnell passing under Park, you'll have to get take off your skis, walk down a flight of 30 stairs, cross the tunnell, walk back up, and then walk about 100-150 yards to the gondola station that runs up to peak 8. It's managable for adults and older kids, but smaller children will struggle carrying gear and walking in ski boots. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Great home. Del was very helpful getting us set up. I would stay here again.
