Main house is set back on a knoll, a quarter of a mile from the main road (on Champlin Rd., formerly Coast Guard Rd.) with panoramic harbor and ocean views. The wrap around porch is great for entertaining and enjoying sunsets. Sun-filled rooms make this home bright and cheery. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a full size pullout couch in the den.

Spacious kitchen and dining area. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water comes in handy especially for the beach goers. A small pond is on the property for fishing or just enjoying nature. This home is located within walking distance to New Harbor and beaches. It is located 2 miles from town in a peaceful setting away from traffic. Perfect for Race Week ! Need less room, Call or inquire about our charming one bedroom or two bedroom cottages nearby. Both have decks with pond and harbor views. Calendar only reflects availability for 3 bedroom house, call for available weeks for cottages.
