This 1300 square foot condo that you enter through the screened lanai is on the second story of a two story building. The ceiling is vaulted over the two living areas and dining area as well as the eat-in kitchen.
The kitchen has newer appliances (within 5 years) and is fully stocked with utensils, pans and dishes. The TV/DVD players are in the front living area and master bedroom.
Out the front windows are the tennis and bocci ball courts, just beyond that is the swimming pool. It is only a 5 minute walk to the pool for a relaxing afternoon in the sun.
We are just 10 minutes to the beach for shelling or sunbathing and 30 minutes to Big Cypress and Everglades Parks. Deep sea fishing tours are available at the public dock.
Upscale shopping and dining are found in several locations and of course a Starbucks is within walking distance.
