Welcome to Your Laguna Beach Getaway. Featuring a historic beach cottage about 560 steps from the famous Brooks Street Beach and less than one mile south of towncenter, you can walk there on the beach. Our house sits on a large lot with plenty of off street parking and a lush, very private backyard. The cottage is within walking distance of anything you will need or you can take the handy, shuttle which stops at the end of our street and will take you all over Laguna Beach for free.
We have a full kitchen with brand new appliances,a new washer and dryer and our quaint bathroom features a rain making shower which falls into a deep claw foot tub, with endless hot water.
If you want to relax, our Laguna Beach cottage is the getaway you will remember.

Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
I got the house because I love the beach and wanted to live there from the time I was a small, poor kid. I then met Cindy and she liked the notbeach, so we lived the last 29 years at the notbeach. Hope you like the beach, if you rent our house, you should like the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I enjoy walking on the beach, body surfing and watching folks. I seldom use my car when in Laguna as I can walk to everything and it is a good place to walk. I like to sit in the back yard and read and smoke cigars and drink gin and tonic and ponder stuff. I like to sit on the beach and listen to the ocean and day dream. The really good thing about our cottage is that you really don't have to do anything to have a fine time. It is a simple place, at some point you melt into the place, it is kind of like magic. The lights and sounds of our Brooks Street Beach at night are like being in a painting by an old Laguna artist from the 1930s. It is really something swell and better than most other things you do in this life..
