Our Tuscan Hills Villa has an elegant and luxurious feel, yet welcoming and homely that makes it perfect for your vacation in Florida.
Our spacious villa has been superbly furnished to a very high standard throughout, with upgraded furniture in every room. The Pool and Spa is surrounded by a large extended deck area that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s safety. There is basket ball, volley ball, inflatable’s and balls for use in the pool.
Amenities - The villa is carpeted throughout with air conditioning in every room, plus additional ceiling fans in the Master bedroom and lounge areas.
The Main Master Bedroom, which overlooks the pool and spa area and has access out to this is excellently furnished and includes En Suite bathroom, with walk in shower, plus a large bath, big enough for 2!! There is a Huge King sized bed, dresser, mirror and closet plus Cable TV/DVD. Also provided for your convenience is a hairdryer
The Second Master Bedroom is also furnished to a very high standard with a Queen Sized Bed, TV and DVD, dresser, mirror, closet plus En Suite bathroom.
The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent.
All towels and linen are provided.
Our Superb Pool Area and extensively extended sun terrace includes a lovely Spa. It is also equipped with upgraded Patio table, Chairs, Sun Loungers plus two person swing seat.. This is the perfect setting to enjoy the Floridian Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!!
Gas Pool Heating is optional. (There are only a few months of the year when this is required. )
There is a Large luxurious Family Room, with comfortable seating and Patio doors which open out to the beautiful Pool/Spa area.

Elegant Dining Area, with table and chairs providing ample seating.
The Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker and filtered chilled water, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery, and most other kitchen utensils.
Separate Utility Area, includes Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
Games Room, Excellent place for kids to enjoy when even Disney World gets just too much!! This includes Pool Table, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts, Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball Machine, Play Station 2 with games and beans to sit on – a real favorite with our younger guests. Two elegant bar stools and high bar table.

The management company is available for any queries/questions that you may have and provide a 24 hour contact number in case of emergencies.

Alternatively why not spend the day in one of the superb Malls with up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinemas, there are several within a short distance.
