Originally a 3 bedroom villa, this lower level has undergone renovations and now consists of a 2 BR/2 BA villa and a separate 1 BR/1 BA suite with a new kitchen/sitting area and new outdoor palapa/patio! Please note that you are welcome to book the entire floor(3 BR/3 BA)at a special rate which will give you plenty of expanded space, perfect for those of you travelling with another family or friends!
Our 2 Bedroom Lower Villa is a LARGE, luxury unit (approx. 1800 sq.ft.!) with a shared pool and large pool deck. The property is located 1.5 blocks from one of the most beautiful and tranquil white sand beaches on the "Mexican Riviera" and it is within easy walking distance to all the amenities in the village.
The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and walk-in showers. The extra-large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. Large windows and patio doors enhance the expansive open living/dining room area and you're just steps from the front door out to the pool. You'll enjoy the outdoor terracing and surrounding gardens with walk-out from the master bedroom.
Our 2 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. (Additionally the 1 bedroom suite has a double bed for 2 guests).
NEW: Security bars on all windows & patio doors to be installed Feb. 2012.
The property is elevated and there are always fresh ocean breezes which air and cool the villa. The villa has AIR CONDITIONING and is equipped with all linens and towels, including beach towels.
Maid service is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday along with garden and pool maintenance.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Need something bigger or more space for a large gathering? CASA VICTORIA offers a 3 bedroom villa on the upper level and a 2 bedroom semi-secluded casita at the front of our property (as well as our 1 bedroom suite) for a total of 8 bedrooms. Perfect for small weddings or other special occasions!
This property has been very well maintained and is a fabulous place to spend your winter vacation. It is conveniently located on a quiet residential street in the coveted Zona Dorada (Gold Zone), 1.5 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from the town square. It is close to a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping that are all within an easy walk from the property.
Bucerias is typical of a true Mexican fishing village with cobblestone streets. It is a very safe village and we feel comfortable walking to town any time of the day or evening. It is located just 12 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport and there are plenty of buses to take you for a visit to Puerto Vallarta or to the north and the other small towns and beaches along the coast.
With a population upwards of 10,000 people, Bucerias is a very friendly place with excellent restaurants and stores for shopping. In January there is a colorful Mexican fiesta celebration offering tourists a taste of local culture and pageantry. On Sunday's, both townspeople and tourists can be found at the local 'mercado' or market which literally sells everything from fresh vegetables to back packs.
For nine years Casa Victoria has welcomed guests to Bucerias and we are delighted to receive past guests as well as answer any questions new guests may have. We are often at the property or in the area, especially during high season, but if we aren't available our property manager, Baldo, is just a phone call away.

We just spent 7 days in this accommodation; we rented the entire house and casita (11people). We found it to be clean, convenient, and a perfect way to relax. Every day we swam in the pristine pool, ran along the beach, ate delicious food and relaxed in the immaculate rooms. Bucerias the town is close - an easy walk. Delicious local restaurants serving local or more common cuisine and shops are within easy walking distance. It is an easy taxi ride to Puerto Vallarta airport. It is close to activities but far enough off the beaten track that you can mix easily with the locals. I highly recommend this accommodation. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had 3 couples that rented to upper Casa and found it excellent. 3 bedrooms with ensuites and a large kitchen and livingroom areas.The pool was great.
