  We all had a wonderful time here. Everything was just as described! We have two kids under 4 and the pool area was great for them with a wadding pool that was just the perfect size for kids, attached to a nice large pool for the adults, or for kids with flotation! We stayed 1 week in the main Villa and one week in the cassita. The main villa is very roomy with a wonderful kitchen and large sitting area over looking the pool. The cassita is more basic with no view, but still perfectly nice. Our elderly parents stayed in the Garden suite, which was a little cramped but had a very nice private and shaded outdoor dining area. We have been coming to Bucerias for three years now, and the beech (a 5 min walk from the Cassa) is a gem, where we end up spending most of our time. Hopefully we can come back for a month next Christmas!

  what an awesome property to stay at! Seven of us stayed here, sharing the lower level of the house as well as the two room casita. there was still lots of room for up to 8 more people. the pool and grounds were kept up beautifully. the staff were friendly and very professional. I would highly reccomend this property to rent. we were there 10 nights and would have liked to stay longer. it is an easy walk to the beach, stores and market areas of Bucerias. If we returned to the area, I would definitely rent this space again. enjoy if you go!

  My husband and I along with another couple recently rented this property. The property is well maintained and has many comforts of home. The pool was a real plus. The beach was close by and some very nice restaurants within reasonable walking distance. The property manager was attentive when we arrived and made sure we were aware of the various workings of the Villa. The owner provided a very good introduction to the property and the surrounding areas through email and a welcome letter plus encouraged feedback re our stay. I would certainly recommend this rental to others visiting Bucerias, Mexico.

  We just spent 7 days in this accommodation; we rented the entire house and casita (11people). We found it to be clean, convenient, and a perfect way to relax. Every day we swam in the pristine pool, ran along the beach, ate delicious food and relaxed in the immaculate rooms. Bucerias the town is close - an easy walk. Delicious local restaurants serving local or more common cuisine and shops are within easy walking distance. It is an easy taxi ride to Puerto Vallarta airport. It is close to activities but far enough off the beaten track that you can mix easily with the locals. I highly recommend this accommodation. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

  We had 3 couples that rented to upper Casa and found it excellent. 3 bedrooms with ensuites and a large kitchen and livingroom areas.The pool was great.
