We have changed this 3 bedroom unit into a separate and self-contained 2 BR/2 BA unit and a 1 BR/1 BA unit! Please note that you are also welcome to book the entire unit (3 BR/3 BA) as the lock-off section can be opened for you giving you expanded space (including an additional living room and kitchen) which is perfect for those of you travelling with another family or friends!

These units in CASA VICTORIA are LARGE, luxury one or two bedroom Villas (over 2000 sq.ft.!) with a shared pool and large pool deck. The property is located 1.5 blocks from one of the most beautiful and tranquil white sand beaches on the "Mexican Riviera" and it is within easy walking distance to all the amenities in the village.
These magnificent units have large bedrooms and each bedroom has its own en-suite bath equipped with a walk-in shower. Extra-large and fully equipped gourmet kitchens and an open plan living/dining room area give you plenty of space and you're just steps from the front door out to the pool. You'll enjoy the outdoor terracing and surrounding gardens with walkouts from several of the bedrooms.
The 2 bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people and 2 children with optional blow up mattresses. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Blow up mattress' can be provided for up to two additional children.
The property is elevated and there are always fresh ocean breezes which air and cool the apartment. The villa has AIR CONDITIONING and is equipped with all linens and towels, including beach towels.
Maid service is provided on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's along with garden and pool service. Optional daily maid service is available for an additional fee for service. We can also arrange Grocery Service for a fee and a cook for special occasions.

This property has been immaculately maintained and is a fabulous place to spend your winter vacation. The property is conveniently located 1.5 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from the town square. It is close to a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping that are all within an easy walk from the property.
The town of Bucerias is typical of a true Mexican fishing village with cobblestone streets. It is a very safe village and you can feel comfortable walking to town any time of the day or night. It is located just 12 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport and there are plenty of buses to take you for a visit to Puerto Vallarta or to the north and the other small towns and beaches along the coast.
With a population of about 5000 people, Bucerias has excellent restaurants and stores for shopping. In January there is a colorful Mexican fiesta celebration offering guests a taste of local culture and pageantry. On Sunday's, both townspeople and tourists can be found at the local 'mercado' or market which literally sells everything from fresh vegetables to back packs.
For eight years Casa Victoria has welcomed guests to Bucerias. We would be delighted to welcome past guests back as well as answer any questions new guests may have. Our family has been visiting Bucerias for the past several years with young children in tow. In 2008/09 we'll be around (staying at our other property) during Christmas/January. |
