Don't settle for less. No time share talk just amenities and service. Our Penthouse sleeps 2 to 7 people, the large Caribbean facing room has king bed, single sleep sofa, flat screen TV', Sky satellite service, DVD, stereo, wireless internet. The dining area and kitchenette are completely equipped. The high pitched ceiling adds to the attractiveness of the contemporary Mexican decor.
The lagoon facing room has 2 double beds, a small fridge and basic dishes. Both rooms have a balcony, and there is a large private rooftop terrace with terrace furniture and potted plants. This terrace has both sea and lagoon rooms.
My husband and I are on site. We have lived in Cancun for over 20 years and are completely bilingual and bicultural. We include every other day cleaning in all our short term rentals and have great discounted rates if your stay is more than 30 days. Also, rooms can be rented separately at very special special prices.

We loved this condo! Before we arrived, we stopped at a supermarket downtown and stocked up on groceries, which was a good thing, since the Zona Hotelera has everything except supermarkets. We later found one that had the basics, but it didn’t have any fresh products (meat, veggies, etc.) Solymar has a small gift shop off the lobby of the hotel where we found matches for the gas grill. The store is open until 10 at night, but closed on Sundays. The condo, the beach, the pools were all what we had hoped for, and we found that the on-line photos represented reality. Our hosts, Carolyn and Alejandro, and their staff were all happy to please, bilingual, and best of all, available at all hours. When we had a question, they got back to us right away, even if it was after business hours. Thanks Carolyn and Alejandro. We can’t wait to come back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We will definitely get one those long gas lighters for the grill, so our guests won't have to go hunting for matches to light the grill!! We had made arrangements with Carolyn and we were planning to stay the weekend before Thanksgiving. The week before we were to arrive Carolyn sent me an e-mail asking me if I would like to move to a different condo specifically a villa for the same price of the condo that we had agreed to rent. We just about jumped out of our skin and said yes. We ended up staying in villa 14 and had an awesome time. Carolyn and husband were very friendly and helpful. Next time we are in Cancun we will be calling Carolyn. Thanks so much for everything.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
