CASA ADELAIDE (Previous CASITA BUCERIAS) is a fully renovated, newly decorated, three bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private, secluded pool, garden and palapa on the 2nd level. Options include renting the lower 2 bedroom unit with access to the pool or, the self contained 2nd floor one bedroom unit with access to a BBQ/Palapa area (not the pool), or the entire house. If renting the entire house, there is still a sense of "togetherness" between both units by simply opening the gate to the upper unit. Also, the units are easily accessible through either the front entrances or the pool area when sharing.

Located in the south of Bucerias, this casita is less than a block from one of the best beaches in Mexico.

This lovely home is completely furnished with hand-crafted furniture by local craftsmen as well as hand selected antiques from Mexico. The creative use of classic Mexican tile throughout the house gives it an old world charm. It is truly beautiful and practical.

The open-air kitchen is truly the hub of the house with views and access to the pool and patio area. You will find a gas stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, basic service for six, refrigerator, and bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have provided our guests with plenty of colorful pool-friendly glasses and dishes so they may enjoy poolside dining and refreshments. Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and Air Conditioning. There is plenty of closet space along with dressers and nightstands for storage.

Beautiful flowering vines trail the walls of the garden area and throughout the Casita and in the pool area, there are large potted plants enhancing the look and feel of a tropical setting. The patio and pool areas are breathtaking. There are dramatic night-lights throughout the pool area giving you the feel of a tropical isle.

From the upper fully-equipped unit, you can see the waters of the Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance - the perfect place to "catch some rays", enjoy a siesta, drinks or dinner. Sunset from the palapa is spectacular with ever changing colors as the sun sinks into the ocean. The palapa area is equipped with potted plants, plenty of lighting, large table with chairs, deck lounges, and a gas barbeque.

Area: Casa Adelaide is in the heart of the town of Bucerias just 12 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on the north shore of Banderas Bay at the beginning of what is called the Mexican Riviera. The Casita is less than a block from the beaches of Bucerias. These palm lined beaches are said to be the best in all of Pacific Mexico.

If you are looking for a laid back, private atmosphere, away from the rush of city life, Casita Adelaide will not disappoint you. No glass objects around the pool please. Please bring a life vest or floaties for your little ones if they are to be around the pool.

  • We spent several weeks at the Casita & found it a delightful experience. Discovered, & enjoyed Mexican culture, & learned the local way of life. The Casita is a beautiful place to relax, with all the conveniences of home, plus a maid! Close to beach & many types of restaurants. Perfect.

  • We have stayed at Casita Adelaide several times. The home is awesome. Our kids love the private pool and it is so close to the beach. The palapa area rocks. We had the chance to be there once over new years and got a real great fireworks show where you could almost touch them. The cleaning lady does a fantastic job and Baldo the property manager was really helpul. Bucerias is general is a great place and the Casita is the icing on the cake

  • I loved our stay at the Casita; can't believe i'm back in this cold place! We stayed in the main floor suite. There was a lovely couple upstairs who spent so much effort making sure we were comfortable (you know who you are!). The house was very comfy and secure and the location was great! I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to be 1/2 block from the beach and close to many great restaurants. It would be good for a couple or a small family. FYI, the maid is a lovely woman who works to make sure everything is in top-notch state. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing such a great home at such a great price!

  • We love this place - we have been coming to Bucerias for the last 6 years and Casa Adelaide has been our favourite! So close to the beach, a lovely walk to town and beautiful surroundings makes this home a wonderful place to spend your vacation!
