CASITA ADELAIDE (Previous CASITA BUCERIAS) is a fully renovated, newly decorated, two bedroom, 2 bath home with a private, secluded pool.

Located in the south of Bucerias, this casita is less than a block from one of the best beaches in Mexico.

This lovely home is completely furnished with hand-crafted furniture by local craftsmen as well as hand selected antiques from Mexico. The creative use of classic Mexican tile throughout the house gives it an old world charm. It is truly beautiful and practical.

The POOL is PRIVATE and not shared by the upper apartment but could be if you are renting the upper apartment (a gate could be unlocked upon request to allow access). The open-air kitchen is truly the hub of the house with views and access to the pool and patio area. You will find a gas stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, basic service for six, refrigerator, and bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have provided our guests with plenty of colorful pool-friendly glasses and dishes so they may enjoy poolside dining and refreshments. Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and Air Conditioning. There is plenty of closet space along with dressers and nightstands for storage.

Beautiful flowering vines trail the walls of the garden area and throughout the Casita and in the pool area, there are large potted plants enhancing the look and feel of a tropical setting. The patio and pool areas are breathtaking. There are dramatic night-lights throughout the pool area giving you the feel of a tropical isle.

Amenities: Maid service three times weekly, (daily optional service available for fee) full compliment of kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, air conditioning, pool, water lounges, poolside lounges, bottled water, outside bathroom and shower at the pool, shaded terrace, washer/dryer (2 BR unit only), lighted gardens, one short block to the beach, within walking distance to stores and shopping, very secluded patio and pool area, off street secure parking.

Area: Casita Adelaide is in the heart of the town of Bucerias just 12 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on the north shore of Banderas Bay at the beginning of what is called the Mexican Riviera. The Casita is less than a block from the beaches of Bucerias. These palm lined beaches are said to be the best in all of Pacific Mexico.

If you are looking for a laid back, private atmosphere, away from the rush of city life, Casita Adelaide will not disappoint you. No glass objects around the pool please. Please bring a life vest or floaties for your little ones if they are to be around the pool.

Please note there is a second one bedroom apartment that can be rented in conjunction with the two bedroom. If renting the entire house, there is still a sense of "togetherness" between both units by simply opening the gate to the upper unit. Also, the units are easily accessible through either the front entrances or the pool area when sharing. However, if unrelated guest are booked, both units maintain complete privacy.
