CASA ADELAIDE (Previous CASITA BUCERIAS) is a fully renovated, newly decorated, three bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private, secluded pool, garden and upper sundeck on 3rd floor. Options include renting the lower 2 bedrooms, or the self contained 2nd floor one bedroom or the entire house.
Located in the south of Bucerias, less than a block from one of the best beaches in Mexico. Enjoy the ocean view from the upper deck.
This lovely home is completely furnished with hand-crafted furniture by local craftsmen as well as hand selected antiques from Mexico. The creative use of classic Mexican tile throughout the house gives it an old world charm. It is truly beautiful and practical.
The open-air kitchen is truly the hub of the house with views and access to the pool and patio area. You will find a gas stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, basic service for six, refrigerator, and bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have provided our guests with plenty of colorful pool-friendly glasses and dishes so they may enjoy poolside dining and refreshments. Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and Air Conditioning. There is plenty of closet space along with dressers and nightstands for storage.
Beautiful flowering vines trail the walls of the garden area and throughout the Casita and in the pool area, there are large potted plants enhancing the look and feel of a tropical setting. The patio and pool areas are breathtaking. Dramatic night-lights throughout the pool and rooftop give you the feel of a tropical isle. From the rooftop terrace you can see the waters of the Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance - the perfect place to "catch some rays", enjoy a siesta, drinks or dinner.
Sunset from the rooftop terrace is spectacular with ever changing colors as the sun sinks into the ocean. The Rooftop Terrace is equipped with floor lights, large table with chairs, deck lounges, a half bath and and an awesome palapa and gas barbeque.

Area: Casa Adelaide is in the heart of the town of Bucerias just 12 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on the north shore of Banderas Bay at the beginning of what is called the Mexican Riviera. The Casita is less than a block from the beaches of Bucerias. These palm lined beaches are said to be the best in all of Pacific Mexico.
If you are looking for a laid back, private atmosphere, away from the rush of city life, Casa Adelaide will not disappoint you. No glass objects around the pool please. Please bring a life vest or floaties for your little ones if they are to be around the pool.
