Ski Hill Haus is "Your Home Away From Home." A Leavenworth family getaway vacation home in the exclusive Ski Hill area of Leavenworth. The Haus is minutes away from some of the most beautiful camping & hiking areas in Washington State, especially the Icicle Creek Canyon!
We are only a short 1.5 mile walk into the Bavarian Village & shops, 1/2 mile to Ski Hill for cross-county skiing, beginning downhill skiing & tubing, hiking, mountain biking, and bird watching. 30 minutes to Stevens Pass, 45 minutes to Mission Ridge for your Winter sports. Within minutes to river rafting, tubing or kayaking on the Wenatchee River, 30 minutes to Lake Wenatchee or Fish Lake.
The Haus boasts an inviting family environment with its spacious 3,583 square feet of large rooms and vaulted cedar ceilings. We have 6 (actual) private bedrooms with a large grate room, two wood stoves, family sized hot tub, fully stocked modern kitchen and 1.2 acres of landscaped yard with mountains & territorial views located on a dead end street.
Whether you enjoy the crispness of the winter air and snow or the rustling of the birch trees and nature abound, you'll find it during your stay at this haus.

$20/adult/night. Mid season: Jan 03-Feb 28, all non Dec holidays &
festivals $650/night. High season: Dec 01-Jan 02; $700/night.
minimum stay: 2 nights. maximum guests 17-20 with a mix of adults & children.
$500 refundable security/damage/cleaning deposit & signed contract required.

This was our first time at the Haus and it was everything we were looking for and more! The kitchen was well stocked, the family room and hot tub were great, and Leavenworth is always fun but I have to say, my favorite part was sitting on the deck with my coffee and looking at the view. We can't wait to visit again.

We have stayed here every August for several years now. We look forward all year to visiting what we call "the Garden of Eden". We love barbecuing and dining on the wrap around deck, playing games in the family room, relaxing in the wonderful hot tub, and playing rounds of croquete and bocci ball on the beautiful lush yard. We love the view at night of Leavenworth's downtown area, and always enjoy the local outdoor summer theater. We cannot imagine any place more beautiful, relaxing or fun to be than Ski-Hill Haus. The owners have thought of everything to make this home comfortable and inviting to every family lucky enough to find out about this special "Garden of Eden". We are even considering making the winter another time for enjoying Ski-Hill Haus so that we don't have to wait a whole year for our Ski-Hill Haus fix!

We loved, loved, loved this property! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! The property is gorgeous. Beautiful view, yard, flowers and SO many amazing birds. What a pleasure to sit on the back porch relax! It is so very close to downtown Levenworth but away from the hustle and bustle! We definitly plan on returning and know that anytime of year would be fabulous!
