This home is a pier home with a separate entrance for both the up and downstairs.Our home has 2 separate living quarters each equipped with full kitchens 1 up and 1 down. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 2 walk in closets, and the downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a kitchen and living room.Our home includes washer and dryer, dishwasher and disposal with a separate pantry from the kitchen upstairs.
You can relax on the big screen porch with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and also for cooking dinner on the gas grill provided for you. Downstairs under the carport there is a outside shower and storage with 8 beach chairs and a tennis table ( ping-pong) waiting for your pleasure. Our home is less than a minute to the private beach access by golf cart with private parking at the beach.The indoor and outdoor pools with the activities center and tennis courts and basketball court just around the corner from the house by golf cart. we are located in a private gated 144 acre community.
RENT INCLUDES TAXES-CLEANING AND GOLF CART, NEW FOR 2009 YOU CAN ENJOY THE FITNESS CENTER FOR $25.00 WEEK (PAY AT OFFICE ON SITE).
