Sitting on a 1.62-acres bordered by a spring-fed creek, the backside of the property boarders 440 acres of Forest Service land and is less than a mile to both Stillwater Mountain Lodge and Nordic Center as well as the 180,000 acres of Stillwater State Forest. Less than 2 miles to great fishing at Beaver Lake. Very quiet location. Has spiral staircase from the lower to the top level, High Speed Internet and TV with DVD. No Air Conditioning or cable.
