Very Large, 9th Floor Corner End Unit - Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.
This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus bunk beds unit also has a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Both bedrooms have sliding doors onto the extra wide and long balcony overlooking the beautiful beach views. Because it is on the corner, you have the best unobstructed views as well as a larger than usual balcony.
In addition, the 2 King sized beds both have luxurious memory foam mattresses. Don't you just hate it when you go on vacation and have to sleep on a lumpy mattress? Not here, the memory foam provides so much comfort, most guests tell us they've never slept so well.
Splash is Panama City Beach's only Water Park and Luxury Condominium/Hotel all in one. It was recently voted among the top 15 new resorts in all of Florida along with Donald Trump's Sonesta Resort in the June 2007 issue of Florida Travel and Leisure Magazine.

I agree with the previous post. This unit does need some TLC. We loved the big corner unit and views were nice. The list of things provided was not accurate and we did not ask for those things since we had brought most of them. It wouldn't take much to spruce up this condo but overall it was nice.

Nice, big corner unit with great view - just needs some tlc. Nice wood furniture - LOVED the dining table. Some furniture was scratched up. Latch to master bath door was broken. Sofa needs to be cleaned and vacuumed. Fabric has a lot of stains and when we opened it up to use the bed there were a bunch of food crumbs and "items" from previous guests inside. Same for the loveseat. None of my children wanted to sleep there because it was so dirty. Water bottle from previous guest was behind the guest nightstand. Checking under the bed to store our empty suitcases we found crumbs, papers and other debris. Five spots of something were stuck to the pantry floor. Towel holder in master bath fell off of the wall everytime we tried to use it. Items stated as provided: soap, shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent were not provided. Toilet paper was not stated as provided but in every condo I have ever been in you got at least one roll per bathroom. When we arrived there was 1/3 of a roll in each bathroom. We called the owner to ask for soap, more toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. He said he would send someone over with it. After a while we called the cleaning lady's number and left a message asking for the same items. Owner did not apologize and never called back to see if we received the items. Cleaning lady never called back. Items never appeared in 7 days. I even waited to write this after returning thinking perhaps the owner had lost my cell and called my home but such wasn't the case. We got a really good price for less than 30 days reservation - maybe this is why?
Owner response:Thank goodness this has been an extremely busy season, with literally every day rented between mid May and Mid September. However, on the down side, this high traffic rate causes extra wear and tear on the unit, and shortens time allowed for the housekeepers to clean before the next arrival the same day. Each and every renter deserves a clean, well-kept place to stay and we strive to always provide that. Our housekeepers (three sisters) normally do an excellent job; however during the week in question one of them was seriously ill, leaving them short-handed. Since that time, they have replaced her and are now able to do the thorough job expected. We're sorry for any inconvenience, and certainly hope you did enjoy your visit otherwise. Bookings are slowing down as fall arrives, and that time is being used to deep clean and spruce up the condo in anticipation of a good spring. We hope you'll want to come back.

Just got back from Splash stay. Enjoyed this unit. Bathrooms were huge and warparound deck had the best ocean views.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
