805 Inverness is a perfect island condominium, located directly on the beach for your family retreat. There is a huge balcony looking right on to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise - or after a fun day on the beach, relax and have your favorite drink in the cool evening breeze. There are awesome 8th floor views of the bay as well.
The kitchen is centrally located to the living area. It is fully furnished with everything anyone would need to fix a favorite island meal. In the evening relax and enjoy your favorite movies with the DVD/VCR player or cable TV.
This complex has one pool and two hot tubs. This particular unit is unique for the complex in that it has a washer and dryer in the unit.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME. WE LOVED YOUR UNIT AND THE VIEW AND THE LOCATION. WE HAD A GREAT SUNDAY MORNING BRUNCH AT THE SHERATON. FUNNY THING WAS I MEANT TO GO TO WINDJAMMERS AT THE RADISSON BUT MADE A MISTAKE AND WENT TO SHERATON. DOUBLE THE MONEY BUT WHAT A BRUNCH! WE MOSTLY USED THE OCEAN AND BEACH, BUT IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE THE POOL AND HOTTUB TOO. BODY SURFING THE OCEAN WAVES WAS GREAT FUN BECAUSE THE WAVES WERE SLIGHTLY BIGGER THEN NORMAL. HAD GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD AT DORADOS (5PM) AND BLACKBEARDS (NOON) AND PADRE ISLAND BREWING CO (TAKE OUT). SOME IN OUR GROUP TRIED THE ATV'S ON THE BEACH AND SOME TRIED PARASAILING. LOVED THEM BOTH. GREAT SUNRISES AND SUNSETS TOO. MY WIFE AND OUR DAUGHTER AND DAUGHTER IN LAW HAD A MASSAGE AND LOVED IT. WATCHING THE FIREWORKS FRIDAY NIGHT FROM THE RAILING OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE WAS A SPECIAL TREAT.

Your condo was perfect for us! We loved the big deck and the beautiful view of the surf. We saw lots of dolphins. The bright, cheery, well equipped kitchen was just what we wanted as we cooked a lot!

Shirley: What a wonderful condo at South Padre. Yes, it was in the perfect spot....clean beaches, plenty of room in the condo too. We especially loved the huge balcony with plenty of chairs and the table. We played cards and board games out there all the time!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your new condo! The location is awesome, literally right on the beach. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the washer/dryer inside the unit. Very convenient. We would definitely stay again!
