This is the fourth floor, gulf front, end unit in the building closest to the gulf. The entire unit is on the gulf, with panoramic views of the gulf from every room.
There is a full surround deck, running 70 feet along the gulf. We have just fully renovated this unit with new cabinetry throughout and granite countertops. Professionally decorated with a large dining room for family dinners.
This is truly a beautiful unit, with some of the nicest views available in Destin. You are just steps from the elevator and then a few more steps, and you are on the beach. The views are so nice that you will feel like you are on the beach, before you even leave the condo.

We looked around alot before we bought our unit, and we picked this one because the views were head and shoulders above anything else we had seen. You are looking at the gulf from just about every spot in the unit. We also liked that Mainsail is a gated community, with 24 hour on site security.

What a wonderful condo!! Looks just like the pictures! The view from the balconey is great!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

First time renting through VRBO and I was a little skeptical. Well, to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Even the website pictures don't do it justice. The condo was breathtaking when we first walked in with views all around of the ocean! The views are unobstructed with nothing but sand and ocean wherever you look. (Even when you're washing dishes at the kitchen sink!) It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Although it only had two bedrooms, it was perfect for our family of five and never felt crowded. We used the wonderful balcony for Uno card games every night before dinner. Location-wise, it was great, as well. Close to all the restaurants and shops but far enough away from the more congested areas of Destin. And the beach, (with extremely easy access) hardly had anybody on it! All in all, it was a perfect getaway! We would love to go back again anytime!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wow! What a beautiful unit. Windows everywhere to see the white sand and ocean views. This unit is everything it says and more. Will definitely stay here again when staying in Destin. Thanks for a great time!

We just returned from Mainsail unit 141.I wanted to share with would be renters that this is a lovely condo. The views are the best and the access to the beach was the best...you are in the front row of the condos;nothing in front of you but the blue sea and the white sand. Loved it!
