The Marriott Hotel is directly across the street. They provide sightseeing tours, several good restaurants, live music, dancing and a lively casino, if you are feeling lucky.

$300 Refundable Security Deposit and $60 One-time Cleaning Fee are required in
addition to Rental Fee. Security deposit cannot be process through a credit card.
Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure.

50% Deposit due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

The apartment worked out well for us. We had coffee each morning on the balcony and saw the most beautiful rainbow early one morning. The apartment was just right and I have to say this was the most relaxing vacation we have had. I think having your own place adds to your enjoyment, it did for us. We did not try and "see" everything...so actually got some rest. We did go into Old San Juan two days and enjoyed both of the forts. Toured the Rain Forest and spent the day there and the beach. Lots of good food everyday and we drank an entire can of Alto Grande. Condado and Ocean Park beach were picture perfect and so near, within a number of blocks. The people we met were a pleasure (everyone at the Imperial House was so helpful during our stay) and we enjoyed San Juan very much...loved the location of the apartment and we walked everywhere. Great weather ...other than the Rain Forest, it rained. Imagine that :). It was a pleasure dealing with you and I appreciated your help, knowledge and information prior to our trip.
