Our house is a U-shaped tri-level with a center pool/spa/patio area. Four sliding glass doors open on to the pool area and allow you to take in the beautiful area and the wonderful ocean breeze in this quiet neighborhood.

$4,200/week with a one week min.
50% of rental fee and $1,500 security deposit are due when reservation is made.
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
No smoking allowed. $175 cleaning fee.

Enjoy the Beach and the Pool
A fantastic selection of playground equipment that will keep kids entertained for hours. Also, includes a soccer type field the can be used to ball.
A very short walk places you at Neptunes Beach, one of the nicest in the area, includes lifeguards and plenty of beautiful white sand and blue ocean.
A very enjoyable place to walk or jog. Beautiful trees and plants, and a soft surface for your knees.
Quaint little downtown area full of excellent restaurants, nightclubs, boutique shops and coffee shops. Only 5-10 minute walk from the house.
