Stayed in Portland for 2 nights to visit an old friend. This property is wonderful and just like staying at home. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we required. Lovely garden to overlook and a nice outdoor table to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing view. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have been there for longer.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

What a wonderful week my husband and I spent here with the most spectacular view from most rooms and Mt Hood from the deck (on clear days!) Driving to "our" place in the hills always made me feel like I was visiting some Italian village with its winding roads and lush gardens. And the house was quite beautiful complete with books to read for every mood.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed here in the summer of 2009 and were incredibly pleased. The owners were extremely pleasant and gave us advice and recommendations when needed, but gave us our complete privacy. The apartment was very clean, well-kept and very convenient. And the view is unbelievable. Those pictures don't even quite do justice to how impressive it really is. The whole deck was ours, and there was a private entry for our unit. The unit itself was huge, with a kitchen, a master bedroom, two twin beds in a "nook" just off the living room and a great common space. We felt like we were truly at home away from home, and absolutely loved Portland, in special part due to this fantastic living arrangement.
