The incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the kitchen, great room, master suite & bedrooms and covered decks make this house a rare find. The fenced in private backyard pool with outside shower (hot and cold water), tropical landscaping and textured concrete will all add up to make great vacation memories.
The reversed living house plan has views for everyone to enjoy. Sit on one of the front covered decks and enjoy the sunrise, beach, waves, dolphins and birds, and unforgettable sunsets. Go to the roof deck and enjoy it all. This large sun deck has completely unobstructed views of the entire island.
The Gourmet Kitchen (full ocean views) includes everything you will need including two refrig/freezer w/icemakers, and convection oven. The open floor plans allows the "chefs" to enjoy the entertainment of the great room, large screen TV and fireplace. There is plenty of seating for entertaining and relaxing.
The first level of the house has three bedrooms and a laundry room (HE/oversized washer and dryer). The Master suite includes a king bed, TV, master walk-in closet, master bath and opens to the ocean view deck. The gorgeous master bath includes a oversized walk-in shower with massaging jets, a large whirlpool jetted tub and double vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with two additional twin trundles (sleeps 4)and opens to the ocean view deck.
The 3rd bedroom includes a full size bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 3)and opens to the rear deck overlooking the private pool. Each of these bedrooms includes private sinks/vanities and share a large shower/garden tub.
The second level has two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed (sleeps 2), private bath with a tub/shower unit and deck overlooking the private pool. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and connects with a bathroom with a tub/shower unit.
The Elevator makes this house completely accessible for everyone. This house is one-of-a-kind for Ocean Isle Beach. It's quality construction and professionally decorated décor will be sure to keep you coming back year after year.

- Elevator: Private elevator. For those who need elevator service, this 3-stop elevator will do the trick. It is also wonderful for moving groceries and luggage. We do suggest that children only ride with supervision.

- King Bed: King bed located in Master Suite. Watch the sun rise from this King Bed. WOW!
- Queen Bed (2) : Two Queen beds are located in two separte bedrooms. Both of the queen bedrooms are locted on the top floor of the house.
- Double Bed: The double bed room is located on the mail floor of the house. There is also a trundle under this bed for a little one to share!
- Twin/Single Bed (4) : What a fun room. This bedroom will up to four. There are two twin beds and two twin trundles under each bed. There is a TV with DVD in this room as well.
- Crib: "Pack and Play" Available. We provide a pack and play for your convenience. This is the type with the bassenette and changing station and play pen.

- Jetted Tub in Bath: The beautiful master bath features a large jetted bath tub. There is also a LARGE tiled JETTED SHOWER in the master bath!
- Private Pool: Heated pool is available upon request. Our pool is located to catch the sun most of the day. The pool stays warm in the summer. It can reach 90 degrees without using the heater. If you feel the heater is needed, a small fee will be added.
- Kitchen
- Full Kitchen: A perfect gourmet kitchen. Watch the ocean and the dolphins while preparing those home cooked meals! Two refrigerators (both with ice-makers) are in this beautiful kitchen. Shop for your groceries and have plenty of room to keep them cold!
- Cooking Utensils Provided: Everything you need for your stay. Mixers, coffe pot, plenty of dishware, pots and pans, cookie sheets , shedder, and muffin pans. Need something special --just ask- it might be there!
- Refrigerator: 2 refrig/freezers with ice makers in kitchen
- Dishwasher: Extra quiet version. Run your dishes and enjoy your kitchen!

- Beach View: Spectacular Ocean Views! 150 feet to the Direct Beach Access. This is an easy walk for children and adults. There are NO STEPS required for entering the beach at this access. The views are incredible! Clear ocean views are available to the left and 4 low lying homes to the right. You can't get much better than this!
