The incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the kitchen, great room, master suite & bedrooms and covered decks make this house a rare find. The fenced in private backyard pool with outside shower (hot and cold water), tropical landscaping and textured concrete will all add up to make great vacation memories.
The reversed living house plan has views for everyone to enjoy. Sit on one of the front covered decks and enjoy the sunrise, beach, waves, dolphins and birds, and unforgettable sunsets. Go to the roof deck and enjoy it all. This large sun deck has completely unobstructed views of the entire island.
The Gourmet Kitchen (full ocean views) includes everything you will need including two refrig/freezer w/icemakers, and convection oven. The open floor plans allows the "chefs" to enjoy the entertainment of the great room, large screen TV and fireplace. There is plenty of seating for entertaining and relaxing.
The first level of the house has three bedrooms and a laundry room (HE/oversized washer and dryer). The Master suite includes a king bed, TV, master walk-in closet, master bath and opens to the ocean view deck. The gorgeous master bath includes a oversized walk-in shower with massaging jets, a large whirlpool jetted tub and double vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with two additional twin trundles (sleeps 4)and opens to the ocean view deck.
The 3rd bedroom includes a full size bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 3)and opens to the rear deck overlooking the private pool. Each of these bedrooms includes private sinks/vanities and share a large shower/garden tub.
The second level has two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed (sleeps 2), private bath with a tub/shower unit and deck overlooking the private pool. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and connects with a bathroom with a tub/shower unit.

- Twin/Single Bed (4) : What a fun room. This bedroom will up to four. There are two twin beds and two twin trundles under each bed. There is a TV with DVD in this room as well.
- Crib : "Pack and Play" Available. We provide a pack and play for your convenience. This is the type with the bassenette and changing station and play pen.

Great house, poor owner communication

We loved the house, beautiful views and great time while we were there! Before we got there we had a very difficult time getting in touch with the owners regarding the picking up of keys. We had tried about a dozen times to get in contact with them before they responded. While trying to get the deposit back we had the same issues. Everything eventually worked out, but the stress of not knowing if we had this house for our vacation until the day before had us on edge! If your nerves can stand the lack of communication it will be a great vacation!
Owner response:This does not detail all that we the owners went thru prior to and during their stay. My mother-n law passed away on Sept 20 after being diagnosed with colon cancer. We were in and out of town and very distracted during this period. We live local a few minutes from the home and are very professional vacation property owners. You can see from the previous reviews our vacation homes and how we handle our guest. Our properties come very highly recommended.It disappointing the lack of compassion shown. My family had a wonderful time at your home. Our family had never been able to come to the beach together and this was a dream come true for us. The photos and description were right on the money. The views were spectacular. Some of the family were early birds and went up on the sun deck and could see the dolphins playing in the ocean. The owners were so easy to work with and came to make sure that we had what we needed. The pool was well maintained. We especially liked being able to use the elevator to transport our luggage and groceries. We would recommend this location to anyone. We also enjoyed Planet Fun in Shallotte and the miniature golf, shaved ice and restaurant right on Ocean Isle Beach. All are just a short distance from the house. It was a GREAT weekend!

Your house was a wonderful place for my family to stay for my daughter's wedding. The house and views are spectacular and the owner is great to work with. We hope to stay in the home again this fall and many more times to follow.

Me and my whole family just stayed here and we loved it!! We woke up every morning to a ocean sunrise and saw the sunset over the ocean every night. We are looking forward to a family gathering again here next year. The Seagle Family, Harris North Carolina

We just recently stayed in this property and found it to be a excellent location and furnished like home. The owners were great to work with and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this property for any family wanting a great house in a great location. The pool was well kept as a pool service came by to check it twice while we were there. Lots to do in Shallotte and it only took us 40 min to get to the Tanger outlet in North Myrtle to shop and go to Dixie Stampede. The kids loved the museum on the Island and the whole family enjoyed riding the ferry to Bald Head Island and touring the Lighthouse.(Approx. 40 min drive).We hope to return soon.
