Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home. The bedroom layout worked so well for our mini family reunion! The decor and furnishings of the house are awesome and the kitchen was stocked so well for our cooking needs. We enjoyed this house inside AND out! The location to so many local sites was very convenient. The property was very clean and it shows that you take great care in maintaining it. I would recommend this property to anyone....it really made our time in the Black Hills so memorable!

What a wonderful vacationhome! Everything is first class. We entertained 30 plus guests and there was so much room for entertainment! The topping of the event for the evening was sitting around the fire pit so our grandchildren could sing and tell storied. Our granddaughter said it best when she walked into your home "It's beautiful, I love it!" We all loved it and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of living in a log home in the SD mountains. This has been a wonderful retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

The 12 hour drive here from La Crosse was worth it when we entered your beautiful home. We've enjoyed hikes every day including enjoying Mt. Rushmore, driving through the needles, fires in your pit, dinners on your deck and hundreds of memories. Thank you for your many above and beyond extras such as good music selection, loaded spice rack, candles, long distance calls, comfortable furniture, bed and nice touches. Dear Kelly & Tim This was my wife's & I 25th wedding anniversary and our fist trip to the Black Hills and Badlands. To say it was fantastic doesn't due it justice. The last four days at your home, shared with our long time friends was a great way to end an unbelievable week. Your home is a work of art as well as the interior decor. Our family reunion was a huge success. The key to the entire week was the wonderful lodge. I've been fortunate enought to be a guest in some corporate retreats owned by General Mills, Cargill and The Pillsbury Company. They were "the slums" compared to this place. I've never seeen a place of this size and detailed construction that was completing your wish before you wished for it. Thank you for allowing us to use it.

The home is centrally located which allowed us to easily view the wild life, caves, Crazy Horse and the main attraction Mt. Rushmore. This was a great way to celebrate a big birthday. Of note for the future house guests is the "Sage Creek Grill" restaurant in Custer. Excellent, well prepared food. Making s'mores on the grill and relaxing on the deck amongst the whistling pines was a pleasure. Thanks again, the entire Colman family had a wonderful time.

We arrived here as the last stop on our 15 day driving vacation from San Francisco to Rapid City. Two sisters, their spouses, six children and a set of grandparents found comfort, relaxation and much needed space here at Camp Sheridan. Your attention to detail is remarkable with no corner left untouched. Thank goodness for the Internet and the VRBO website or we would never have found you. Our trip has been perfect, minus the GPS directions in Weston County, Wyoming. Too many dirt roads, antelope and lack of gas station on 1/4 tank of gas was our only stress. Thank you again and best of luck with your rental home. Just don't wait too long to retire here.

Your attention to detail, making sure we had all the amenities of a fine hotel was greatly appreciated. We had a great vacation motorcycling throughout the beautiful sights in your great state of South Dakota. We tooled around about 750 miles this week, seeing Spearfish Canyon, Badlands, Devil's Tower, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Needles Highway and the frosting on the cake was seeing the fireworks over Mt. Rushmore. We found all the people friendly and courteous. Your state is truly beautiful!
