You'll be within sight of the Gulf, blocks away from shops and
restaurants. The 'Big Orange Sunset' is ready and waiting to provide you and your family a relaxing and cozy home away from home. There are five bedrooms and three and a half baths, enough room to sleep 10-12 people. It's a great house and location for several couples or a small family reunion.
The house is equipped with board games, internet access, a stereo system and a huge 51-inch TV with cable and DVD for days you just feel like relaxing inside or to staying in touch with the real world. There's also a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, with linens provided. The unit also is equipped with high speed wireless internet for access to all staying in the house.
Four bedrooms have queen beds ,one has two twin beds, and there's a queen size sleeper sofa pull out in the family room by the big TV. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub - a wonderful way to wind down after a day at the beach.

Such a wonderful place to vacation with a big family! Room for kids and adults alike! Close walk to the beach, clean, spacious... What more could you ask for on your first trip to Gulf Shores? Thank you all for letting us stay at the Big Orange, it was a memorable trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The distance from the beach, while very easy to reach, was understated. Overall this was a great value. The owner may not be getting his value for the cleaning fee. I am sure that it is difficult to get rid of all of the grains of fine white sand, but you could feel it on all of the floors if you were barefooted. It would also have been nice to have some soft soap in at least one dispenser when we first arrived and the dispenser in the master bath was broken. The location was close to everything and overall the property was very nice.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Nancy, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip. Your house is so beautiful and much more than we could have imagined. The location was GREAT! It is probably the best place to be in Gulf Shores. Again, thanks for all your help and hope we can do it again. I had a great time at the Big Orange. The bedrooms are all of generous size and everything is new and clean. Just drive up, park the car and have a great time. Beach, night clubs, restaurants, and shopping are just a walking distance away. When you are too tired to go out, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big screen t.v.. Just to let everyone know, I make it a must to visit this beach house at least twice a year. I love it here and I will never stay anywhere else. I have 2 kids and it is so nice to be so close to everything, if they want to go ride go-carts then it is almost next door and if they want to go to the beach then it is a 3 minute walk across the street. I think the best part is the fact that you have complete privacy for you and your family to enjoy together day or night and there is a big screen TV to watch for the days you want to be lazy and also a TV in every bedroom for the kids to watch while going to sleep. I feel completely at home whenever I stay here and I can not wait until my next stay in March. 5 Stars for the Big Orange Sunset and to the owners who do such a great job making sure that this place is always in perfect conditionDid you find this review helpful? By renting this property, you are assuming all risks and liabilities for any damage done to person or property, agents, employees, or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises, both latent and manifest. We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind. . Your payment is due thiry (30) days before check in, forty-five (45) days for monthly rentals. Non-payment of rent is considered a cancellation and subject to cancellation policy. . We cannot guarantee air conditioners, televisions, VCRs, appliances, etc. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for mechanical failures. In case of breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified by you of the problem. Report any problems immediately to us directly at 256-990-2317. . If you become locked out of the unit you may contact us directly at 256-990-2317 . Linens are furnished, and are not permitted to be removed from condo. Replacement of lost or damaged or stained linens will be the responsibility of renter. No linens will be exchanged during your stay. . The total number occupying Unit cannot exceed 12 adults.
