Welcome to the Eklund's Lake House on crystal clear Long Lake. Located on the Walleye Capital of Wisconsin, one of the most sought after lakes in Northwest Wisconsin. It is a great fishery with stunning beauty as much of the shoreline is preserved since the Boy Scouts own 12 miles of shoreline. Our home is conveniently situated close to the Town of Stone Lake and just 20 minutes south of Hayward. The home was built in 1995 and has all the amenities for you and your family to fully enjoy your summer getaway vacation.
The home's open floor plan provides a large family room, kitchen and dining room with huge chalet windows so it is great for entertaining. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor. The walk-out level has two bedrooms, a full bath and an unfinished family room and a washer and dryer. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The home has several options to enjoy the outdoors. These include the screen porch and large deck off of the main level, a deck off of the lower level and a deck at lakeside offering a great meeting place in the morning for coffee or drinks and snacks at the end of the day. Enjoy the fresh air on the screen porch or decks, escape the heat as you enjoy the central air conditioning.
The property is in a private setting on the north end of Long Lake and the elevation of the lot provides fantastic lake views and sunrises. There is a level area behind the home for kids to play and explore. there is much County Land within walking distance with hiking, ATV and cross-country ski trails.
