Be among the first to experience a stay at one of the most distinctive beach homes in Watercolor. This iconic four story French blue and white house is located in the Park District of the renowned WaterColor Beach Community, voted in the Top Ten Resorts by Travel & Leisure Magazine.
In less than five minutes guests can walk to The Beach Club Pool, just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches. In addition, it is minutes from the Bait House, which offers dining, fishing, biking and swimming with a spectacular backdrop of Western Lake. Enjoy tennis, walking, kayaking, jogging trails, and bicycling in one of the most welcoming communities in Florida.
Our home was built with family gatherings in mind. Any of the porches of our home will afford you an unobstructed view of the spectacular Gulf sunsets each night, although it is best enjoyed from the fourth story tower. It includes two master bedrooms and numerous gathering spots to congregate, with a total of five bedrooms and five and a half baths in the main house. All baths were custom designed by Waterworks Tile, and each relates uniquely to the ocean and beach colors we love.
The main level includes a large open living room that extends into the dining room and professional kitchen. Custom cabinetry in both the kitchen and living room were crafted by a premier local cabinetmaker, and add both color and warmth. Seating is plentiful to encourage family time.
Also on the Main Level is a master bedroom with king bed and full bath, which connect to the fully enclosed and private outdoor shower. A half bath connects to the beach entry area and the laundry room to allow beach goers direct access. A deep front porch enjoys an unobstructed view of Western Lake, and there is a large enclosed dining area within a screened porch as well.
The Second Level contains another master bedroom with full bath. The main hallway as well as the master opens onto a second front porch. There is also a large fully enclosed sleeping porch with double swing bed that lends itself to watching the stars as you fall asleep. The reading area has custom Mahogany library shelves with an extensive collection of beach reads. Two queen bedrooms with full baths complete this level.
The Third Level has custom bunks with trundle bed to accommodate 3, as well as a full bath. There is also a family room on this level with TV and sleeper sofa. Windows on three sides take in views of Western Lake, WaterColor and Seaside rooftops, and the Gulf.
Finally the Fourth Level is a large open porch with panoramic views of the Gulf and all surrounding skyline. At sunrise, sunset, or anytime in between, the tower is truly a spectacular vantage point, and one of the highest in the community.
**Please note that this home may be rented with the Carriage House for a total sleeping capacity of 13.
