Charming three bedroom cottage is a short walk to the beautiful, rejuvenated sugar white beaches
of Destin, with no roads to cross.
We are within walking distance of Silver Sands outlet mall and many of the popular restaurants in the Miramar Beach area (Pompano Joes, Crab Trap, Busters, Whales Tail).
The cottage's patio and second story deck back to common ground and the heated pool. Parking for three cars is available directly in front of the cottage.
Updated kitchen and master bath with granite counter tops.
Hardwood floors are in the living, master bedroom and dining areas plus stairs and upstairs landing. A daily beach set-up which includes an umbrella and two chairs is available at no cost.
We are located in the Mainsail complex which has two pools, both recently renovated, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a weight room.
This gated beach community has 24 hour security.
