Sunset Island is a private beach community with lovely bay views. This unit sits right on the bay and there is a private bay beach area right outside of the door. Also enjoy the clubhouse located on the island where you can use the fitness center, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, meeting rooms etc. The condominium is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The master bedroom is private with its own soaking tub, double sinks, shower, walk in closet and TV. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom or the great room.
There is a large and spacious kitchen with all utensils provided, bar and countertop area great for entertaining, plus a full dining room with table. This unit is only one year old and all appliances are new (microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, coffee maker etc.) Easily access all the fun of ocean city, but when you turn into the gated entrance you have the luxury of a quiet and secluded island resort!
