Would you like to vacation at the world's most beautiful beaches? Just come to Destin, Florid's Seascape Resort where the sand is white as snow, the water is emerald green and bask in the sun with your family and friends. And we are PET FRIENDLY so your pet can accompany you.
We love the beach but we prefer to relax afterward in our ground floor vacation rental condo set in a tropical garden area along the side of the golf course. Your pet will like it too since it is a convenient place to walk the dog. Our vacation condo has large living room, dining room and kitchen and is tastefully decorated. Take a look at our photos. They tell better than words the beauty of our condo. Best of all the condo is just a minute from the beach.
In addition to basking in the sun on Destin's beautiful beaches, Seascape Resort has a challenging 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, five pools and a basketball court for the young at heart. Destin is known as The World's Luckiest Fishing Village with a large deep sea fishing fleet. For shoppers there is Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons and much more. In addition to the beach there is a water park and rides for the younger set.

Our guests prefer being in a home-like atmosphere rather than in a crowded high rise. We also cater to families and couples who enjoy having their pets with them on vacation.

Seascape Resort not only fronts on Destin, Florida's beautiful beaches, but features a challenging 18 hole golf course, pools and tennis courts. Our condo is just a minute drive from the beach where there is a beach parking lot, or a 4 or 5 minute walk. A pool is just a few paces from the condo.
Destin is known as The World's Luckiest Fishing Village and has a large deep sea fising fleet to accomodate fishermen. Seascape is only one of 8 golf courses in the area. Shopperes will love to find bargains at Silver Sands Outlet Mall , Destin Commons and upscale shopping ares. The younger set will enjoy a lorger water park and amusement park.

Jeanne and I celebrated our sixty-second wedding anniversary this year. Jeanne is a retired teacher and I am a retired FBI agent. We moved to Destin about 12 years ago and consider a day in Destin just another day in Paradise.

My husband and I rented this unit this past October. We have been renting from them since 2000 (twice a year). We have always enjoyed being on the golf course having a green space around us. The unit is always clean and neat. The owners are always attentive to our needs to the point of almost being family. The owner is always hands-on and willing to answer any of our questions regarding the area. He even has menus for dining convenience and articles and publications for current activities and events in the area. They are constantly updating the unit with new appliances, furniture and furnishings. This unit is pet friendly and we appreciate the fact that we are allowed to bring our four-legged family with us. We have recommended some of our friends to this rental location. We will continue to schedule our visits to Destin and stay with this particular owner.

My family and I just got back from a wonderful vacation in Destin. The condo was the perfect place to stay - it was located on a golf course, right across from a fabulous pool and short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo was so close to restaurants, stores and bike rentals. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The condo location was also perfect because it was so quiet and serene, a perfect place to relax! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for us!! It was important for us to find a nice but pet friendly rental, (we wanted to bring our dog as well as our daughter and her friend). The location was great.it was ground level for easy access to the 2 pool we used daily, a great back yard for the whole family, basketball court and tennis court are seconds from the front door. We felt right at home. The beach tram took us to the main beach area or we walked, and when we had alot of stuff to spend the whole day at the beach we drive the car and parked at the lot by the beach to make set up easy. Thank you for a beautiful week in Destin, FL.

I was very disappointed in this rental. The pictures of the condo are very outdated. The wallpaper is torn, the walls are scratched. The villa looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Very dusty, dirty furniture, and the comforters were full of dog hair. The owner of the villa went out of his way to take care of the issues but we will not stay here in the future. Also if you are looking for something close to the beach...this is at least a 10 min walk to the beach. Other than that the beaches were great...we had good food and overall the trip itself was good!

They always say you will get what you pay for. The price was good but this condo is very outdated. It needs a complete paint job, some new carpet or tile in the bedroom,and on and on. The silver(flat)ware is old and some of the glasses in the kitchen is so cloudy it was hard to see thru them. My wife refused to use any of the non-stick pots(just worn out). We were not able to use the patio because a crew of painters had the patio covered up for 6 of my 7 days. Thanks for Sundays, they were off. Also the termite man showed up one day and spread all his chemicals around which is not a good sign for my little dog. Speaking of dogs, when you walk your dog outside the condo you must dodge ant hills about every 4-5 feet(try this at night time). You will feel a little more comfortable sitting on the couches if you cover them with a blanket(they are not clean). Could go on and on about this place but what's the use because the owner will dispute all of my review.One thing he can't dispute is that we left one early because the wife said "Get me out of this place now".

We rented this unit this April. It is on the ground floor which makes it very pet friendly. Alot of green grass to walk the dog. The condo is completely furnished and comfortable. The price is very affordable compared to other units in the area. You won't find another owner like Rich. He is very likable and is hands-on with any problem or question. Being on the 13th fairway, I had the opportunity to check out alot of other hackers just like myself. Overall, the visit was nice.

We stayed at the property through Christmas 2010 and had a great time. This property is convenient to evrything. The golf course was very nice for the "dead of winter" and our stay was very pleasant. Didn't get to play tennis on the clay courts but was impressed with their condition. We will stay here again when we head back to Destin.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo is very nice and comfortable. Seascape is a very quiet and beautiful area. The condo was fully equipped and very clean. It felt just like home. We always take our min pins on vacation with us and this place was perfect for them. A lot of grassy area right outside your door. Everything he said about the condo rings true!!! We loved and will stay again. Thanks for the wonderful stay here in Destin.

My family and I stayed in this condo, and we had a wonderful experience ! The condo was very clean and it was fixed up very nice. The view and surroundings were beautiful !!! You entered through a security gate which made me feel safe. It also was a great place to walk your dog. Oh, and the beach was beautiful ! To sum it up, it simply felt like home. My family and I plan to go back in the future.

Our stay at Seascape Resort was great! Our Condo was just what we wanted.... large enough for two people, yet small enough to be very comfortable and affordable. Our unit was nicely furnished and the kitchen was complete with up-to-date appliances. The ability to just walk out and have coffee on the patio made vacation mornings very enjoyable. The bathroom shower was small and might not be comfortable for plus sizes. The only negative that I noticed was the lack of talented golfers. On more than one occasion I found errant golf balls near my car. Thankfully, we had no dings. Overall, I am happy to recommend Rich's condo for a nice get-away.
