Our Sea Coast Condominium oceanfront complex directly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy sunrises and the moon in all its splendor, rising over the water,watch Dolphins jump in the surf from your own private balcony; collect seashells along the safe "non-driving" shoreline or soak in the sun on the clean, white sand beach.

Whatever your pleasure this condo has something for everyone. Families will enjoy the great pool deck area with a large swimming pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. You can walk for miles on a uncrowded beach.

Sea Coast is within walking distance (across the street) of the grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, beach shops and is a short drive to protected parks, such as the Canaveral Seashore with historic Dora House, Manatee park, and historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Enjoy many activities on historic Flagler Avenue, shopping, restaurants and nightspots. The Beach trolley runs in front of the property, stops at shops and restaurants.

New Smyrna Beach is only an hour away from Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, and is just 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Daytona Beach and NASCAR

  • This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The condo is well equipped with supplies, books, videos, music and beach supplies. I especially liked sitting on the balcony, sipping wine, enjoying the view and walking on the beach.

The owners do a wonderful job of supplying everything a family would need to have a fun vacation, and I've been there with only adults sometimes too.   • This condo is a great one! Just a stones through to the ocean, pool and kiddie pool in the common area. Everything is new in this unit and is very functional. Local seafood is available and small town is quaint.
