    We enjoyed New Smyrna Beach and the town. The condo unit was just perfect for our stay. Clean, nice and enough room for our family of two adults and 3 children, age 16, 13, and 10. Everything you needed was at the condo and plenty of restaurants and shopping but no so commerical which we enjoyed. We usually spend beach time on the Gulf but I think we will return to New Syrmna. If we go back to this area, I will definitely try to stay at this condo again.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    this is the second time my family and i have stayed in this condo. we loved the condo, the area, and the beach so much the first time we stayed, we went back! the condo is in excellent condition and decorated very well. it is stocked with everything you need, plus some. the owner is wonderful to work with, and she always answered our questions promptly. and if you need anything during your stay, there is onsite staff available to help. the beach and pool are literally steps away. so close, that if you forget something, it's no problem to run back and grab it. the beach is gorgeous and really quiet. there were many times during our stay that we had it mostly to ourselves! kennedy space station is just under an hour away, and all the disney parks in orlando are just an hour and a half away. easy to do those things as day trips--we did! if i could give this property more than 5 stars, i would. :-)

    My family had a wonderful stay at this condo just steps away from the beach. We had the hard decision to make, should we go to the pool first or the beach. We were able to see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, but I preferred to take a sunrise walk on the beach. Not only did was the view beautiful but we had the added bonus of watching the dolphins play just oof of the shoreline. The owners were very easy to work with in setting up the vacation. Everything was immaculate and there was more offered to do then you could possibly take advantage of. Just a short drive North and you could have the tourist experince that som look for, but we enjoyed the quiet retreat that this was. We would come here again withou any reservation and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

    Upon arrival we were suprised of how fully stocked this condo was. It had every you could possibly ever need or want including a small library, hats, beach stuff, toys, towels galore, fabalous we will definately rent this one again. It is a small complex with plenty of character. The Condo was GREAT! The owners were very accomodating as well. It was very family and children oriented. The pools were great and the ocean was easily accessable, great views and great times.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    My wife and I along with step-son and his girlfriend spent a the week of July 25th . The unit was more than we expected, the decor, amenities and location is hard to beat. Everything you could possibly need is provided. When we walked in my wife was extremely impressed by the seaside décor, the unit was completely done up in the beach theme, it made you feel that you are truly at the beach, With the beach and activities so convenient she said it was the best vacation she has had in a long time. It’s a great place to enjoy the beach without all the hustle and bustle, if all works out we will be back next year, if not sooner.

    We travel far to enjoy the quiet clean beaches of New Smyrna! We have found a great, clean condo that has everything you need! We have been travelling to Sea Coast for over 30 years and this specific condo has been the best by far!

    What a wonderful condo. The decor was the perfect setting for our week along the coast. Very clean/well maintained condo with tons to do! This will be a yearly thing for our family, we have found the perfect beach getaway!!!!!

    Beautifully decorated, comfortable condo. Everything you need is furnished; books, videos, even the beach towels! New Smyrna Beach is a great family town with many good restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

    This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The condo is well equipped with supplies, books, videos, music and beach supplies. I especially liked sitting on the balcony, sipping wine, enjoying the view and walking on the beach.

    I have vacationed at this condo several times and it's beautiful, has great ammenities, a gorgeous location. The owners do a wonderful job of supplying everything a family would need to have a fun vacation, and I've been there with only adults sometimes too. Never had a problem and would highly recommend it.

    Besides the spectacular view, everything you need is at your fingertips--just bring your suitcase. There's a great selection of books and movies to keep you entertained. The condo is very convenient to great restaurants and shopping--New Smyrna is a beautiful beach town. Our family enjoys staying here tremendously!

    Everything you need is at your fingertips--just show up with your suitcase. Such a lovely condo with many special touches and a huge selection of books and movies to keep you entertained. The view is spectacular! New Smyrna is such a nice beach town with many great restaurants and shops.

    This condo is a great one! Just a stones through to the ocean, pool and kiddie pool in the common area. Everything is new in this unit and is very functional. Local seafood is available and small town is quaint.
