We had a great time in Dana Point and this condo really made our trip so enjoyable. Very convenient to places like laguna beach, huntington beach,etc; and Dana Point was really nice too (whale trip is awesome!). Condo was everything it was represented to be; pool was great for the kids..they met new kids to play with each day. So much nicer than stuffy hotel, and we could pack light b/c of full size washer/dryer. And complex is pretty quiet/no problems with sleep after full day of fun.

My extended family and I rented the condo in November 2010. The Todds did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was excellent and the location was ideal for us.

Hi, we rented Grace's property for 3 months, in 2009. It is very nice. Nice furniture and great location. It is across the street from a very nice beach. You have to walk downhill to get to it, but makes for a great walk. They also have a trolley that goes up and down the hill to the beach. The condo area is very quiet and well kept up. It has a nice pool and 2 different jacuzzi areas. Grace's place is up stairs and we never saw or heard the people below us. We did meet several other neighbors though who were permanent residents and all very friendly. There are grocery stores, restaurants and a post office within 1 mile of the condo. The nearest big mall is about 8 miles. Dana Point is a lovely community and very safe. It is right off Hy 1 which runs up and down the coast to a lot of beachs and beachtowns. Disneyland is about 30 min away. San Diego about 1 hr to the south. Grace is a great landlady. We had one problem with plumbing and she had it fixed immediately. She is easy to contact if needed. We very much enjoyed renting this condo and only left because we bought a home in the area. I am sure you will be pleased with it. Lynn Hoida

We stayed in the condo for the month of March 2005 and had a fanatatic time in Southern California. The condo is ideally located between L.A. & San Diego. What a wonderful week in Dana Point! The condo is clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. The location is perfect - peaceful and quiet within easy reach of good shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach, and the glorious weather! We would love to visit again.

Thanks for a great vacation. Your book was very helpful. The Harbor House was terrific for breakfast, and the information and discount coupons on attractions were a great help. Legoland was terrific. You can't beat Rubio's Fish Tacos. Boogie boarding at the beach was great, although so was the pool and jacuzzi. Laguna Beach is well worth the ride. The view from Las Brisas breathtaking. Also, a romantic cocktail at the Montage is nice.

Very enjoyable accomodations! We brought three kids with us, and had plenty of room. The kitchen was equiped with everything, dishes, pots and pans, silver wear, even coffee and dish soap. The walk to the beach is nice, and the kids literally counted the steps :). Wonderful place to stay!

The condo is in a quiet setting away from the street, parking lot and pool. Grace and Jonathan really want your vacation at the condo to be an enjoyable experience. The "walk to" beach is as good as you'll find anywhere.
