Come Relax and Get Away from the Hustle and Bustle in this Cozy Quiet Relaxing Lake House! Situated on a wooded lot on the lake....this is the perfect getaway for you and your family!
This lake house has a very open floor plan. Updated to modern standards with all the nice decorative touches. Outside you can park your boat, fish off the dock, relax in the hammock, have dinner with friends/family on the wrap around porch or feed the ducks! The backyard is huge with plenty of room to run around or have a picnic!
This home features a king bed and has a small private balcony in the master, 1 queen size bed in the 2nd room and 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed in the 3rd room. There are lots of board games, puzzles and also kids toys to play with.
This home is located in the Seven Coves Community. Seven Coves is located on a peninsula jutting out into 19-mile-long Lake Conroe. Here you can enjoy fishing off the pier, or from the lake house itself. If your a golfer, you can take the short drive from the Lake House to a 27-hole golf course, as well as sailing, water skiing, and other water sports. You can also visit Sam Houston National Forest for hiking and biking trails. If you like the big city, no worries! You can plan a fun filled day with a drive to Houston, about an hour away.
About 30 minutes away you can visit Old Town Spring with many arts and crafts shops. In Conroe, about a 10 minute drive you will find the Conroe Outlet Mall and shop til you drop!
Visit from October - November, and you may want to visit the Texas Renaissance Festival.
For recreation just a walk away, you will have access to all the amenities of the Seven Coves - park for the kids, tennis courts, swimming pools, and beautiful surroundings! Bring your boat and explore the beautiful 21,000 acre Lake Conroe. Known for trophy bass, many area fishing tournaments are held on the lake year round. If you don't own a boat, there are various marinas nearby where you may rent them.

We rented this property to sleep the overflow of relatives coming to stay for Christmas. The owner Pati could not be more accommodating and helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The ambiance of the house was just a delight. We spent most nights with the fire pit burning (fire ban not on presently) and everyone toasting marshmallows. House was extremely clean and slept seven of the family very comfortably. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed here with my child and neighorhood kids..had a great time..water was low so we left our boat across the street at the Palms Marina..the grill you will need charcoal and but no lighter! ..the house is well kept and very clean! the owner will answer all your questions in seconds! the TV in the master bedroom was out and she was willing to get another one that day!! lol..the sunrise is so pretty from the back porch..the house is VERY relaxing and you will feel at home as soon as you walk in!

This is a really nice place. We had a blast. My nine year old son and I stayed for the weekend in December. We launched our boat at the slip just down the road and had it tied up right behind the house in the cove. We went all over the lake to fish, explore and eat at local water front places. One night we lit up the inside fireplace (there is also an excellent outside one) and cooked in the brand new kitchen (granite, stainless, new custom cabinets). Then plopped on the comfy couch by the fire where my son promptly fell asleep after a long day of boating. We hung out on the dock, fed the ducks, played in the playground in the park. When we come back in the summer the community pool is going to be great or we will just jump right of the dock in the back yard. The master bed room is really neat with windows overlooking the water right behind the bed and even from the bath room you can look right over the water (or close the curtain if you prefer). You can be as close to the water as you want. Watch it from inside with heat or AC, sit on the porch with metal roof, sit in the circle by the fire under the trees, on the dock right next the water, or right in the water. Take your pick. This place is very well maintained and fresh and clean, while holding on to a very warm rustic atmosphere. I recommend you go check it out!!
