View of the Back of the House - Texas Vacation Rental Come Relax and Get away from the hustle and bustle , in this cozy quiet relaxing Lake House! Situated on a wooded lot on the lake , this is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Our home features a bunk bed in the children's room, 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed in the 2nd room, and the master features a king size bed and has a small private balcony. Also available is a crib/pack-n-play for your little one! All linens and towels are provided at no extra charge. This is a 3 story lake house, with a very open floor plan. Updated to modern standards with all the nice decorative touches. There are lots of board games, puzzles and also kids toys to play with. Outside you can fish off the deck, or relax in the hammock and feed the ducks! The home has a deck/porch that wraps around the house and a dock for a boat, or just for fishing! The backyard is huge, with plenty of room to run around , or have a picnic! Just bring your suits and change of clothes, and come relax in this beautiful home! Our home is located in the Seven Coves Community. Seven Coves is located on a peninsula jutting out into 19-mile-long Lake Conroe. Here you can enjoy fishing off the pier, or from the lake house itself. If your a golfer, you can take the short drive from the Lake House to a 27-hole golf course, as well as sailing, water skiing, and other water sports. You can also visit Sam Houston National Forest for hiking and biking trails. If you like the big city, no worries! You can plan a fun filled day with a drive to Houston, about an hour away. About 30 minutes away you can visit Old Town Spring with many arts and crafts shops. In Conroe, about a 10 minute drive you will find the Conroe Outlet Mall and shop til you drop! Visit from October - November, and you may want to visit the Texas Renaissance Festival. For recreation just a walk away, you will have access to all the amenities of the Seven Coves - park for the kids, tennis courts, swimming pools, and beautiful surroundings! Bring your boat and explore the beautiful 21,000 acre Lake Conroe. Known for trophy bass, many area fishing tournaments are held on the lake year round. If you don't own a boat, there are various marinas nearby where you may rent them. Hope to see you soon!!!
