This beautiful condo is located within the gates of the master planned community of Punta Mita; home to the Four Seasons Resort and St.Regis Resort Punta Mita. This is an exclusive golf and beach community visited by many celebrities, politicians and foreign dignitaries. Our unit is on the second floor and faces the ocean and 7th fairway of the famed Four Seasons Golf Resort designed by Jack Nicklaus. We have spectacular views of the ocean and the Murrietta islands. We have over 3200 square feet of resort living with a huge outdoor balcony. Our unit has been professionally decorated and is in a tasteful tropical/Mexican decor.

As our guest you can play at the famed Four Seasons Golf Course. This course was voted by Conde Nast in 2006 as the #1 Golf Resort in the world. It is a 19-hole championship course that includes the famous "Tail of the Whale", a unique island hole. Only guests staying within the Four Seasons Resort may play on this incredible ocean course.

Our concierge services will take care of your every need including dinner reservations, tee times, spa treatments, airport transfers, car rentals, pre-arrival grocery stocking, and arranging babysitting services. Daily housekeeping is included. Prepared meals are also available by housekeeping for an additional fee. I also can refer you a very reliable babysitter whom is one of the most requested at the Four Seasons. She even traveled with our family to China! All of the babysitters are wonderful!

After vacationing for years at the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita, we decided to buy at this spectacular resort. Our experience staying at our unit rivals or even surpasses our best experiences at the Four Seasons. The services are superb and it is an ideal spot for couples and families alike.

THREE private beach clubs are available to our guests: one at our development, the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club; a second is located next to the Four Seasons Resort, known as the Resident's Beach Club; and the third is at the five-star St. Regis Resort known as the St. Regis Beach Club. The Hacienda de Mita beach club offers a clubhouse, food and beverage service, spa services, and an infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi. The Resident's Beach club is fully staffed with delicious food and beverage service delivered to you by the pool or on the beach. The Beach Club restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. There is also a separate children's pool and play area. Full concierge services were recently added, as well as, full spa services. Imagine a full-body massage by the beach: heavenly! And as one would expect, The St. Regis Beach Club is a full-service, five-star experience!

Our unit is complete with marble floors, designer fixtures, a Viking six-burner range, and Subzero refrigerator. The development has a water-purification system so the water is safe to drink from the tap.

A short stroll away is the Mexican village of El Anclote. There are several great restaurants directly on the beach, quaint shops and several markets to buy any needed items. Additionally, the Four Seasons has recently opened several new shops. You can dine at any of the Four Seasons' three restaurants with advanced reservations or at the Four Seasons Golf Club. The St. Regis is also a wonderful option for dining or drinks.

  • This is one of the best places to stay! We have stayed at the condo twice with friends and family and can't wait to go back. If you have children, this is a wonderful place to visit. The condo is huge, comfortable and very relaxing. You can have your meals prepared in the condo, walk down the beach to the many restaurants or visit the Four Seasons or St. Regis for a cocktail or formal dinner. You have the choice of several beaches and pools. Our favorite beach was the Kupuri with white sand and gentle waves. Our favorite pool was at the St. Regis with an amazing view and top notch service. You now have the choice of two golf courses. If you enjoy surfing, there are many spots to check out. There are so many activites to enjoy or just sit back and relax. Tisha is a great resource for anything you may need. We highly recommend this property!

  • The BEST condo, beautifully decorated... super clean... feels brand new... with all the amenities one would want or need. The family/living-room was our favorite part as it is so light and airy. The bedrooms are better than any 5 five resort. Would stay here again and again... many places to eat near by, the pool club is really fun for adults and kids. Loved every second of our stay. Beautiful views as well... pools/beach near by...

  • My first experience with this condo was in January 2008. Although I had seen photos of the condo, when I arrived, it exceeded my expectations. The view is amazing and the open feeling of the lanai truly gives an incredibly relaxing feeling from the moment you enter the room. Having the housekeeper daily was perfect. She fixed our breakfast every morning while we relaxed on the patio. We had nothing to worry about. The ambiance of the entire area and this particular condo is one of luxury and relaxation. Visiting the Four Seasons was a fun excursion for drinks and socializing. It was nice to have a luxury hotel within walking distance. The Beach Club access from the condo was fantastic. Everything is taken care of for you. All we had to do was to decide what to order from the attendant while overlooking the ocean from our beach lounge chairs. My first trip was only for a couple of days. I loved this condo and the area so much, I am leaving for another stay next week. I cannot wait, it truly is more luxurious and accommodating than a hotel. I highly recommend this particular property. The owners are delightful to work with.
