Comfortably accommodating 6 to maximum of 8 people, the unit has 3 bedrooms, each with king size pillow-top mattresses, and adjoining full bath. New TV/DVD/VCR in all bedrooms. The sofa is a queen sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped to make gourmet cooking a pleasure. Convenient regular size washer and dryer in unit.

Sun around the refreshing pool with cascading waterfall located directly on the beach, and soak in the hot tub as sea breezes take your cares away. A grilling/picnic area has gas as well as charcoal grills. Tennis courts are also on the property. An exercise room faces the gulf.
For privacy, the entry to the property as well as the beach access are gated. A very short walk over the dunes on our boardwalk takes you directly to a FREE beach set-up of umbrella and 2 chairs.
Destin and the surrounding areas offer a variety of activities for fun and entertainment: family recreation, golf courses, excellent restaurants, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, shopping, waterparks, sightseeing, FL State Parks, etc.
