  Wife and I rented this Condo for two weeks in April. This condo is very clean, has great TV's, Beds. WiFi, Beach Chair Service, and everything you need. We liked the tile floors in most of the Condo rooms instead of the nasty carpets in most rentals. The owners are very honest and easy to work with and you can trust what they say. Great view and close to the pier that I walked to everyday. Pier Park across the street with great food and shopping. We have stayed at the Calypso for 6 straight years because it is the best location in PC for us and this was one of the best units so far. Plenty of extra room for family visitors.

  Loved the codo! The view was great. The condo had everything we could possibly need. It was a girls trip and we had a great time. We walked to Pier park to eat and shop. Steve was great! Will rent from him again!

  My husband, brother and I took kids ranging from 4-21 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was plenty of room and everything we needed was available to us. This condo was a great location to restaurants and shopping (Pier Park) and also the grocery is only a short drive. I can only speak for this time of the year, but we had great seating at the pool or included beach chairs everyday and the elevator rides were not bad at all for being on the 21st floor, which was a big concern at first. I would gladly stay here again or work with these owners to stay at any of their other properties! Thanks for the memories!

  Another mother and I took our children to the beach for spring break. The condo could not have been a better fit for us. Loved having two beach rental chairs included in the rental. The location was great also. I spent almost every sunset sitting on the balcony reading. It was very peaceful. Was surprised to see the large laundry room. We did many, many loads of towels. I would stay again without hesitation. Thanks for making it such a wonderful trip.

  We stayed at this condo August 2011 and had a very memorable family vacation. The owners are great to work with and my entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The condo is tastefully decorated and the views are incredible. Being so close (walking distance) to Pier Park is great and Dusty's (best bar and grill on the beach) is a very short distance to the west (long walk or very short drive). My kids were 23, 20, 17, and 12 at the time and all said they had one of the best vacations ever. We will be going back in the summer of 2012 and can't wait. Don't be intimidated by the high floor level, the views are spectacular and there are plenty of carts at the elevators for luggage. Just time your arrival and departure accordingly and avoid the 4:00 check in rush and the 11:00 check out rush. When checking in, just take your essentials to the room, relax, have a cocktail, enjoy the sunset, and unload later. When checking out, take as much to the vehicle on day before and then take the minimum on day of check out. Just a wonderful, wonderful time we had!

  My kids and I stayed in this condo in March of 2010 for spring break. We had an excellent time and can't wait to go back. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was great being so close to pier park. I will definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to communicate with and there were no issues.

  I secured this condo for my parents to stay the month of February, 2010, and then I flew down for the last ten days. My initial inquiry and all e-mails and questions were answered promptly. The owners called before we left home and again before we left the condo to make sure all our needs were met. A few days before we left for home, my dad accidentally dropped something down the master bathroom stool. After contacting the owners, we were told the plumber wouldn't be available until after we left and to not to use the stool in the master bathroom and to just use the other one. They were apologizing for the inconvenience when it was our fault. To top it off, I was not expecting to receive the deposit back but it was refunded in full. I don't think I would have been that generous if the situation were reversed. Honestly, I didn't think I would like being on the 21st floor but quickly changed my mind. It is extremely quiet and you don't get any street or poolside noise and best of all, the view is amazing.

  We stayed at this condo for a week in April and it was FANTASTIC! The location was great- we walked to Pier Park instead of driving. The condo was very roomy! I loved the way the Living Room and Master Bedroom was separated from the bunk room and guest room. We could put our baby to sleep every night and enjoy watching TV and visiting in the living room without waking her up. The full sized washer and dryer was SO nice and I loved that it was INSIDE a laundry room and not just a closet. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The view from the large balcony was breathtaking. There's nothing like watching a sunset from the 21st floor! The owners were very easy to communicate with, responding quickly to each of our e-mails or phone calls. They even called before our trip to make sure we didn't have any questions. This was one of the best vacations we have had and I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks so much for making our vacation so enjoyable!!!!! :)
