Lovely vacation condo rental!

I was fortunate to find this wonderful vacation rental off season, as I had to transfer from Connecticut to Florida. I had to house hunt, so I didn't want to be chained to a lease. Renting a vacation condo made it perfect for my two month stay. Luckily, I found this one that was non-smoking and pet friendly. The condo has a tropical ambiance to it with its bright decor. Todd and Chris have stocked it with every essential needed to live comfortably. The location is great: close to the main drag (Rt. 98) and to the beaches. With three pools at the complex, no need to leave unless you want to go shopping! My favs are the Destin Commons and Harbor Walk. You can bring the dog and some stores let you take pets inside, like Bass Pro. I was fortunate to find a home during my stay. Although I will miss staying at the condo, I love my new home and painted the living/dining and kitchen with tropical colors like Todd and Chris's condo. Thank you, you've inspired me. Need a place to stay while on travel for work? Or going on vacation? Rent it now...you won't be disappointed!

We arrived to a clean and very nice condo. We had two adults and two small children, and had plenty of room. Pools were close by and very nice. Walking distance to places to eat, surf shops, and local store. The condo is close to beach access and pretty much in the middle of everything around. Me and my family were very pleased with this being our first visit to Destin. Next time we visit we will be contacting this condo owner!!

Great Place

We had this condo from July 9- July 17 and we absolutely loved it. It came stocked with a littler cooler, beach bags and beach towels that we used quite frequently. The pictures match the place except for some new furniture. The only downside was that it really isn't the ideal walking distance to the beach, you have to cross the busy hwy 98 first but still not far to drive. It was a great place and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very Accomodating

When I found this rental I thought it was too good to be true! Everything in Destin is so expensive, however, you really get your moneys worth with the condo. There's plenty of room for families with small kids. The owners were able to provide a high chair, along with the other small perks (small cooler, shovel, etc.) Our trip was scheduled when the oil disaster neared the Panhandle, and we were worried that we weren't going to get any beach time. The owners were very pleasant and willing to accomodate should the oil spoil our vacation. The condo has a great location; walking distance to numerous food chains, about a block from Big Kahuna and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Afforable Destin Condo

Condo was close to the beach, restaurants, retail stores, ect. Clean, well-maintained condo, everything you need is here. Very quiet on the facility (this was important to me because of the tiring drive to the Gulf - 14 hours). Chris & Todd are great to do business with. The overall experience was wonderful!

The property was clean and well prepared for guests with closets stocked with beach needs, bathrooms stocked with towels and the kitchen with anything you could need. The owners were very helpful and flexible and even sent me something I left there after. It is very close to the beach although it does not have direct access. There are lists of local actives and restaurants in the condo with many places within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for a nice price.

Great Location; Cozy Condo; Nice, Flexible Owners

After weeks of searching the internet for condo rentals in the Destin area I happened to have stumbled upon this amazing deal. Don't let the fabulous rates for this rental fool you. It is very nice, clean and comfortable. The complex itself is very quiet and everyone we met there was friendly. Back home I live in an apartment complex and I can tell you there was a significant difference in noise levels between this complex and my apartment complex. We never heard neighbors at all while staying at this condo. The furniture has, apparently, been upgraded since the pics on this site were taken. The living room now has a comfortable leather reclining chair with ottoman, a sofa bed and a love seat, which were all very comfortable. Although the wireless internet is advertised as being at the pool areas, we were able to have an adequate wireless connection while in the condo's sunroom and that was very convenient. There is a bbq pit near the bottom of the stairs leading up to the unit, which was very nice. I did use that, although it rained while I was cooking. haha The laundry facilities are near the office at the Airport Road entrance to the complex and there is a pool right outside the spacious laundry room. So, the kids can swim and keep occupied while mom does laundry. I did note that the laundry room was not crowded and I was able to do three loads of laundry at the same time, which saved a lot of time. The office staff was more than happy to make change for me to use the machines. The ice cream shop behind the unit is within walking distance as is Chik-Fil-A, Wendy's, Waffle House, souvenir shops, and Big Kahuna's Water Park. I must say what made the vacation so much better for us was the owners and their kindness and flexibility. Chris worked with me on dates and was very patient. Todd brought over a brand new blender when I reported that there was no blender in the kitchen. They are really great people who are very professional, yet understanding and most accommodating. This condo is the perfect home away from home. My fiance and I stayed here for a week and couldn't ask for any cleaner/nicer condo. It was in a great location and walking distance to alot of places (including a great ice cream shop). The pools are never crowded but very nice and clean. Our experience was wonderful! I would recommend this condo to anyone! =)

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I would highly recommend this place on your stay in Destin. My daughter had a competition with her cheer team which only 10 mins. from the Emerald Coast Convention Center, in Ft. Walton Beach. The location is perfect, you have a Walmart right down from the condo as well as walking distance to the water park, The Treks, Putt Putt, Blockbuster, Ice Cream shop, you name it, it's right there at your finger tips. Todd and Christine thought of everything you need for your stay. The condo is very comfortable and well designed in a tropical beach style. For your day at the beach you have towels, a small cooler, a few small chairs, just the small extras that made our stay even more special. We were there for spring break and we found the perfect place to go to the beach that made it feel as though we had our on private beach. When you go over the bridge to go into Ft. Walton beach, just about a quarter of a mile there is places to park on the left side of the road and walk over to the beach. It's also a wonderful place to take family photos. We will definately stay here again in the future. Thank You, Todd and Christine for opening your home to us and for all the little extras you do to make it feel like home away from home. Cozy Condo

We go to Destin every year the last week in July. I came across this by accident but definately glad I did. I fell in love with the pictures and booked it right away. We were close to the entrance so we could walk to Pizza Hut, Chik Fil A, and Wendy's. There is also a wonderful Ice Cream place right behind the unit. The condo was so cute and very clean. I would recommend anybody to rent from Todd and Chris!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!
