Two decks plus a screened-in porch all overlooking a quiet Lake Keowee cove. The main/entry level has a full kitchen with new appliances, master bedroom with king sized bed and second bedroom with queen sized four-post bed. The breakfast room off the kitchen is loaded with windows making this a bright space.
The generous sized family room with cathedral ceilings has a big screen LCD flatscreen TV and fireplace. A ten foot by eighteen foot screened porch is located off the family room. Adjacent to the screened porch is an open air deck with great views of the water and wooded area to the side of house.
The lower level has another huge bedroom (eleven foot by eighteen foot) with king sized bed and a kids room furnished with two bunk beds. A jack-and-jill bathroom is between these bedrooms. The downstairs also has a spacious family room with fireplace, wet bar and TV. The lower level covered deck with hammock is off the family room.
On the side of the house a creek flows down to the lake with a small waterfall. The backyard slopes down to the floating dock. The location in Seneca is ideal for quick trips to the store or nearby restaurants. The house is located about one mile from South Cove Access Area to launch the boat or play tennis. The Lake Keowee Marina is a very quick boat or car ride away. Clemson is less than 15 minutes away. Also be sure to check out Ram Cat Alley which is a unique shopping and dining area tucked away in downtown Seneca.
