Verde Palms was designed with a spectacular expansive home theater room, billiard table, two laundry centers, two extraordinarily large entertainment/great room rooms with 60 plus inch HD televisions, a separate office room, two gourmet kitchens with fine appliances, split zone air conditioning, heated sixty foot swimming pool, a large spa hot tub under the stars, and high speed wireless internet service.

There are four king bed master suites, each with a private bath trimmed in warm tropical hardwoods and natural stone, a queen guest bedroom, and a kiddie 6-bunk bedroom that can sleep up to six youngsters! Verde Palms is a family friendly home. Not only will it accommodate up to 10 adults and 6 children, the owner has thoughtfully provided two additional inflatable queen beds, a baby high chair, two baby play pens, and an assortment of snorkel sets, beach mats, numerous beach toys, and boogie boards.

Each ocean view great room, located both upstairs and downstairs, can accommodate as many as 12 or more guests for casual conversation, watching movies or television or just "hanging out". They are both decorated with fabulous handmade wool rugs, softly upholstered sofas, antique wood coffee tables, complete bar areas with crystal glassware, and a vast library of outstanding hard bound reading books. All living areas throughout the house both upstairs and downstairs have wall mounted central Stereo/Entertainment System control panels.

The custom Home Theater Room can be closed off from the lower level great room, is fully carpeted with good sound insulation, and has 4 leather reclining chairs with cup holders, a six person upholstered sofa. The enormous wall mounted flat screen creates true theater quality viewing.

Both kitchens are straight out of any of the best home design magazines. They boast elaborate large and small stainless appliances. The upstairs kitchen has a separate wet bar sink, an oversized Viking refrigerator, dual dishwashers, warming drawer, convection oven, Viking professional gas range with griddle pan, Starbucks Barista espresso machine, garbage disposal and compactor, wine fridge, and spacious pantry for food storage. The lower kitchen has all stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, a black granite counter area with 4 bar stools, range, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher, and pantry.

Out in the garden you may find colorful and fragrant tropical flowers which gently scent the indoor living environment. The 7,300 square foot two level Verde Palms Estate Villa graces several acres of landscaped and naturally styled grounds. The property rests in a prized location at 400 feet elevation. The evenings are cool and comfortable. Expect periodic rain sprinkles, especially after dark.

The postcard perfect sandy crescent shape Napili Beach is one mile from Kapalua. An energizing and brisk two mile trek along the meandering landscaped road takes you to the Plantation House Restaurant and Golf Club House where you can eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the casually formal ocean view.

A complimentary shuttle is available to you on an on-call basis for transportation anywhere within Kapalua Resort and to and from West Maui Airport. Feel like shopping? There are terrific stores and boutiques at Whalers Village in Ka`anapali, which is just 10 minutes away, or in quaint Lahaina town which is just 20 minutes away. Also, convenient commuter flights depart from West Maui airport for easy access to Honolulu, where you can shop and dine to your heart's content in Waikiki or at Ala Moana Shopping Center. There are multiple departures daily, at fares as low as $30 one way. The 30 minute flight is a breeze, and getting out and back in through the petite sized rural Kapalua airport is fun and easy.

In addition to snorkeling and swimming, scuba diving, kayaking, jet skiing, and para-sailing are all close by within the Ka`anapali to Kapalua region. Whaler's Village in Ka`anapali Resort as well as historic Lahaina Town serve up more great dining, shopping and entertainment. Our favorite dining spot is the small cafe serviced by the Ritz Carlton that is set on sandy D.T. Fleming Beach. What a priceless setting for a deliciously fresh luncheon.
