This home has been a private residence of one owner and was built about 11 years ago. The home is approx. 4,900 sq.ft. one story and has imported tile floors through out and tall ceilings. All of the rooms have 12' ceilings except the entry way and living room has 17' ceilings. All rooms are large and the home sits across two lots that allows an open view of the main section of the lake. When viewing the Floor Plan on the photos note that a change was made by placing a hollywood bath between bedrooms 2 and 3 on the left side of the house. Three zones of A/C.
