Seachase is a 3-tower complex located right in the heart of Orange Beach, directly across the street from groceries, restaurants, and other shopping stops. Our condos have more square footage than most other resorts in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido area, as well as more beach frontage per unit. There's plenty of room on the sand in front of our resort, so you won't feel crowded!
The complex has been completely refurbished with all new amenities, including:

Why the Owner Chose SeaChase
We love the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. There are miles of beautiful beaches with plenty of room on the sand. Overcrowding is never a problem. It's great for families and in a very convenient location. The Seachase resort is one of the best, with some of the largest units in the area and best amenities of any complex on the gulf coast.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Well to start with, the views from the balcony can't be beat. Nothing better than taking a nap outside while listening to pounding of the waves. Then there are 4 pools, including an indoor one. Seachase has probably more beach frontage - almost 800 feet just for guests of the resort.
Another great feature is the convenient location. Directly in the heart of the community, Seachase is situated directly across the street from Orange Beach's 3 grocery stores. You could literally throw a stone (provided you have a Nolan Ryan arm) and hit one from our front door.

Emilio , Kristi , and Andrew Cerice live in Birmingham , AL , just about 4 hours from the AL gulf. Our friend and co-owner, Bo Owens (not pictured here), lives in Clanton , AL, which is about an hour closer than Birmingham to the white sands of the gulf coast.
